Has campsite.bio been shut down? (29th Sep 2024)

Whenever I try and go into a campsite.bio link Chrome takes me to a page now that says,

This site can’t be reachedCheck if there is a typo in app.campsite.bio.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

For the time I used it, it was fantastic, but I was only made aware of this recently, when people let me know that the usual link to connect suddenly wasn't working anymore. Such a shame as it was a useful tool, and had good features in the free version.

I've been trying to get their help for over 3 weeks now. There's no phone number, they don't reply to emails, they don't answer the contact us form, and when you ask the chatbot to send you to a real person, no matter the time, it says they'll be back tomorrow. When I changed companies I lost access to the email address I had associated with the account so I haven't been able to get in since I moved. We're probably going to have to make a new site with a different company and report the charges as fraud to get them to answer us.

As a very picky ex-web designer, I have always created my own landing page on my website to create my link in bio because I felt like no platform could offer features or design to make me want to use them - UNTIL CAMPSITE.BIO! The pro version makes it super easy to customise your page in line with client branding, and provides all the features you need such advance link scheduling and detailed analytics.

The campsite bio team have always been extremely responsive and helpful when I've had questions. They also reached out when they noticed I was paying for a plan above what I needed, automatically changing this and refunding me.

I'm loving this so far. Doing a really quick and dirty web presence front end for a DJ Open Deck night that I started recently. Seems to have a lot more in the free tier than Linktree. Likely will be upgrading soon.

Great tool with awesome features that makes sharing multiple links seamless. I love the embedding feature most because I've been able to place them on my site--leading with my domain and truly being able to white label. One thing I can't leave out is that the customer services is always wonderful.

Honestly, it was pretty seamless transition from a free acct to a pro acct and (Jon) was super helpful and quick to respond. We've really like the free version of Campsite and are looking forward to having a pro version with extra features.

I've been very impressed with Campsite. The service is truly outstanding. The product is very easy to set up and use. There are lots of ways to style and brand the links page. I'd recommend them to anyone.

As a blogger, Campsite is so helpful for me! I can easily direct my readers from Instagram to my recent blog posts, have them sign up for my email list, and schedule links when I want them to go live. It's a game-changer.
