This is John who bought one of your falsely advertised full season awnings that fell apart after a couple of days. Your reply is like your awning.A Joke. I have lost over 1k on a not fit for purpose awning. That isn’t full season. I had to purchase another awning Dorema after yours fell apart. Guess what I went to Anglesey for Easter. Had storms at 56 mph and gusts over 106 mph with hail non stop all night and most of day. The Dorema which I bought is advertised as full season and not a thing was wrong with it. So how come your cheap made awning fell apart in winds and rain 50 percent less than what I have just experienced. Is it because the awning I bought of you was badly manufactured.YES. Your reply to my previous post is a JOKE JUST LIKE YOUR AWNING. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. DO NOT BUY CRAPTECH

I brought a camptech kensington air awning just over a year ago. I have just been told that camptech do not supply replacement front panel. My awning front panel was damaged by storm Dave and I can't get a replacement one! Why is the question I spent a lot of money on this awning so you would think that spare panels would be available. You buy a car to find out that you cannot get replacement panel if you have an accident. So I would advise think against buying a camptech awning.

Camptech starline elite 300 air awning. Only had the awning a week and put it up for 3 days, awning seems good quality so far, I contacted Camptech to ask about veranda bars, they replied by email to say the veranda bars are alloy not air and that they don't deal direct with the public and couldnt send a link to the poles we need and that i should contact a dealer, i have searched the internet for these poles and no luck, this is the worst customer service ever UPDATE
I clicked on the link you sent and I still can't find these poles, it is absolutely crazy that this starline ELITE has alloy poles but the cheaper version has air poles, also since I left a 1☆ review you have changed your attitude and trying to help which you should of done in the 1st place

Top Notch experience.
We originally ordered an Atlantis from Purly outdoors in Nuneaton, unfortunately the Atlantis was on back order & not available until May, so we took the bull by the horns & ordered a Buckingham instead.
Extremely pleased with this choice, it's a HEAVY awning to erect, however when completed it does look "The Business" on the side of our Bailey GT75 Portofino.
The following is not in anyway meant as a criticism but more of a "user engineering" point of view.
The Buckingham is 3 metres wide & honestly it could really do with 2 extra stantions at either end, This would make it far more "stable" in high winds ....(personally I purchased 2 extra poles & it is now far more of a "solid" construction)
Further, 1 roof rafter does not do the job of keeping the fabric "tight" on the roof, again I purchased an extra roof rafter & it is amazing the difference it makes.
Overall 9.75 outta 10 ....a little more consideration on the 3 metre width would have been a good way to go !!

In response to your reply. You fail to mention that you deemed that a bird had probably caused the damage.
Yes you agreed to repair as a gesture of goodwill, which we accepted, but had we known what a botch job the repair would be, then we would have refused the repair.
For a professional repair company, I can only say what an absolute unacceptable repair they have carried out. It would highly unlikely withstand the stretching of the canvas and the elements of the weather.
Maybe you should take on board other customers opinions on how unhelpful the customer service and aftercare from Camptech is.
Your awnings are far from cheap, so would expect a better level of customer service. Yet this is not the case. Just reading other reviews about Camptech and your lack of empathy, says it all.
Camptech products are ones to definately avoid buying.

I’ve been using the Camptech Atlantis DL Size 16 awning on a seasonal pitch, and overall it’s been a solid, reliable choice.
The build quality stands out straight away. The material feels thick and durable, not flimsy like some lighter awnings. It copes well with typical UK weather, including heavy rain and strong winds, without any signs of strain or leaks. Once properly pitched, it feels very sturdy and secure, which is exactly what you want for a seasonal setup.
Space-wise, the size 16 offers plenty of room. It comfortably extends the living area, making it ideal for longer stays. The layout is practical, with good headroom and large windows that let in plenty of light without making it feel exposed.
In terms of setup, it does take time and effort, especially the first couple of times. This isn’t a quick weekend awning. It’s built for staying put. Once it’s up though, it stays put well, and you won’t find yourself constantly adjusting it.
Zips, seams, and fittings all feel robust and well made. Nothing feels cheap or like it’s going to fail after a season. That matches what you see reflected in many Trustpilot reviews, where durability and weather resistance are consistently praised.
The only downside is the weight and setup time. It’s not something you’d want to put up and take down frequently. But that’s the trade-off for the strength and quality you get.
Overall, if you’re looking for a sturdy, good-quality seasonal awning that can handle British weather and give you extra living space without worry, the Camptech Atlantis DL is a dependable choice. If you want, I can tighten it up for Trustpilot specifically or make it sound more personal with your caravan setup.

We purchased our first awning from Jeff Bowen Awnings. Amazing customer service. The awning is erected for all year purposes and has withheld all the awful weather we have had storms, 50mph winds we are really impressed. Made to high quality standtand would definitely purchase again without hesitation.

We purchased our Camptech Count DL awning from A&E leisure. They were very helpful in answering all of our questions and did so very quickly. Delivery was very efficient and everything arrived well packaged. We haven’t yet had chance to use the awning as the 2026 season is yet to begin, but we are very much looking forward to it.

I first spoke to the Camptech team at The Caravan and Motorhome Show, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their advice made choosing the right awning easy.
I purchased the Buckingham awning, and it has been absolutely brilliant—no issues whatsoever. The quality is outstanding, and it’s clear the product is built to last.
In fact, because of how impressed I’ve been, friends and family have since purchased Camptech awnings too. Great product and great team—highly recommended!

The awning was very difficult to erect. The instructions might as well have been in a foreign language. It took me four hours to erect and the result was not satisfactory. A few days later it rained and there was extensive pooling on the roof. After a prolonged discussion with the supplier, the CampTech manager visited and adjusted the setup. It took him 3 hours and it still is not perfect; it certainly does not look like the publicity photos. However, we accepted it. To resolve the roof pooling requires "roof-raiser" poles. These are described by at least one supplier as "essential accessories". If they are essential why are they not in the package? Why must they be bought separately?
The awning itself gets a 2 because I believe there are design faults. The CampTech manager gets a 4 for effort and perseverance. But I would not buy a CampTech awning again.

We brought a camp tech air awning when we purchased anew caravan in sept 2024
After about 7 months When we were away one of the bladders went bang
As we couldn’t go back to the caravan supplier as they had gone into liquidation we went back to camp tech
Who told us that we needed to sort this out with the
supplier, we explained that the supplier had gone into liquidation but they said that this was not their problem.
After purchasing another bladder, whilst we were away again another bladder burst this badly damaging the awning. We rang camp tech again only to be told that this was not their problem. We visited the caravan and motorhome show at Birmingham in Oct this year where we seen the camp tech stall, we managed to speak to the camp tech manageress where we explained our situation, she asked us to send her photos of the damaged awning as she was appalled at the way were treated in the first place by her team. After she looked at the photos she had the awning collected within 48 hours so she could put all this to the directors, after looking at our awning she sent us a new awning again within 48 hours. We would like to say a very big thank you to her and her team for understanding and her professional customer service.

Purchased Buckingham XL via Granthams. Order processed quickly and delivered in good time. Slight issue with the delivery company but not the fault of Camptech. All looks great and as expected good quality look and feel to all the parts. Very Happy so far.
