Brilliant service extremely easy to use.

Camptoo take all the headaches out of renting out our campervans. They do all the advertising, payment and deposit collections and reminders to guests. They even manage the handover process, saving us a lot of time and ensuring our campers are in safe hands :)

Do not hire your vehicle with Camptoo. They are by far the worst company to use for hiring out your campervan. If there is any problem and you need to cancel for whatever reason, even force majeure they still try to charge up to £350 per cancelled booking, which could cost you thousands. Use at your own risk!

Excellent service throughout. We had to rearrange due to Covid and they could not have been more amenable. Would recommend and would use again

Found the whole process very easy, with ample and clear communication. Could do with an app though

DO NOT USE. Had to cancel holiday due to rising fuel costs gave 3 months notice and company has kept £300 deposit which my 80yr old mother cannot afford to lose. Reported to trading standards for unfair practices and unreasonable amount of deposit retained. Seeking legal recourse. Camptoo also threatened to sue me if I gave bad feedback. They blame campervan owner for keeping deposit. 😭

We hired a motorhome for the first time. Once we chose one the process was easy and straightforward. The communication with the owner was very good and on pick up (from Otley Suffolk)Tess was very helpful and informative. The motorhome was spotless and had everything we needed in it.
We will be going again.

Absolutely horrendous, the motorhome was dirty and loads of items were broken. We were then charged for these after providing evidence that we complained about these with the owner. Camptoo were shocking and did not help or understand us in the slightest

I've used Camptoo for a few years now to rent out my camper. Lots of bookings and no hassle when it's came to claiming damages for a knocked off mirror. If you're thinking of renting out your own van, Camptoo are a safe pair of hands.

Paid a huge deposit & also paid owner cash for a broken tv, that wasn’t our fault as owner had wedged it by sofa & was broken when got to destination, no return of deposit & want to charge us extra 😡 Hired camper vans from private companies for years & never had a single issue, first time used these & terrible aftercare!

A very simple process, where communication was effective and timely and vehicle presented as advertised at a cost effective rate. Highly recommended.
