Really bad website I bought something from there and I never received my item So don't order from there.

The products I ordered were listed as in stock,
It’s been more than a month & in the first 24 hrs a label was created for my order beyond that there has been no activity.
Campus protein makes the process of disputing orders as difficult as possible & will simply defer to saying that the order is being processed.
I do not expect to ever receive my order.

They shipped an empty box for an order cost of $86!
Many other retailers are complaining about the same thing, and they paid an insane amount of money to Campusprotein due to the discounts they're providing but I can't disclose names. STAY AWAY from them they're complete scammers. Feds and international Interpol are behind you Campusprotein

according to my order, you sent empty boxes. Give me my money back. Orders were placed on March 3, a month has passed and the goods have not been delivered. Yesterday I received 13 empty boxes. No one responds to personal messages. There has been no response on the website for a month.

I routinely order a fair amount of apparel and supplements from different websites. Each of the three times I've ordered from campus protein there has always been an issue. Most recently it took more than a week for them to even prepare a label to ship protein bars. I contacted them multiple times. By then I bought the exact same product from walmart.com on a Sunday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock and by Monday at three o'clock it had already been delivered and the price was exactly the same. I alerted campus protein I no longer wanted the protein bars they said too bad it's already in process. They asked me what they could do I reiterated I don't want them anymore I want a refund. They said when I got them I could return them. The problem with that I explained is they're not shipping to my home they're shipping to my son out of the area and I would not be able to retrieve them and return them. They offered no solution and I don't believe they understand customer service at all. It's too bad they did have a nice selection of products but I can't continue to purchase from a company that has no sense of customer service. John B

I order from campus protein in March and nearly 5 month is later only 2 of the 15 times I have ordered was shipped. I have contacted customer service 10+ and to make up for not shipping my order I was given a replacement order free of charge, but that replacement order of 15+ items has not been shipped apart from 2 items. I have emailed customer service countless times once again and they simply have avoided in telling me why my order still hasn’t been fulfilled. I am so fed up of chasing for this order. I just cannot understand why they can’t seem to ship my fully paid for order out?

I ordered 3 boxes of protein powder and some other items. They never came. The tracking number never got updated.
Emails never get a response . I must have sent around 15 emails .I got one response refering me to the tracking number which obviously has never been updated

I ordered some protein bars from Campus Protein which never arrived. They stated to me they had been shipped and gave me a tracking number but they weren't trackable, Fed-ex never received the item. I talked to Campus Protein and they apologized and said they would refund my purchase. Since they were the only place that carried this flavor of protein bars I ordered from them again expecting better results. The same thing happened. The bars were never shipped.
I went back and checked on my first purchase from them. On their webpage it states the purchase amount was refunded so I checked with my bank and it has not been refunded. This was back in February. Thank goodness I have a good bank, that issued me both refunds and they are going after Campus Protein for the money.
Do not purchase from them! They are a scam!

Ordered Monday night and received my package Tuesday morning via UPS. Fastest shipping i've ever experienced, just as fast as amazon.
