Review Title: Extremely Disappointing – No Service, Demanding More Money

I paid $15.51 by Mastercard (Aug. 16, 2025) and $274.49 by e-transfer (Aug. 28, 2025) to Nuans Canada Online for a NUANS report. Despite their promises, nothing has been delivered. Instead, they asked me to pay an additional $90 that was never agreed upon.

This experience has wasted my time, delayed my business plans, and left me with no results. I have requested a refund of $290.00, but so far nothing has been done.

Be cautious — I strongly recommend dealing directly with the official government NUANS site or trusted providers.

Evelyn stepped up and remedied what would have been an issue by discussing the issue at hand. As a result, the potential issue was remedied in a timely manner and my company was registered. Nuans Canada Online has been nothing but user friendly, amazing customer service and I will be a returning customer for all my registry needs!
