This company one travel is a scam, highly non professional. I booked my ticket to India and it caused me a lot of inconvenience. My travel got one day delayed because of their incomplete information. I got inconvenience coupon for $70 only, however I had spent a huge amount in hotel booking, food etc. I am supposed to use the coupon for new booking but it has again hidden condition. My recommendation is never book a flight for them. Your money is wasted completely. Their offers are full of scam on the name of cheap tickets .

A big scam they are running. I fell for it but don't want anyone else to face this. Please stay away from them. They have different websites, phone numbers. I got a call from 306-403-4430. My booking got cancelled and now they are not responding to my calls or emails.

They just scammed us with Remitly transfer and also with a credit card transaction.

All the reviews are Fake. Don't trust them.

Its a scam. Reviews here are completely fake. First they say they have booked your ticket and then they ask you to send money via remitly. Do not trust this website

Terrible Tour Guide - Do NOT trust them to take care of you.
My 65+ year old parents went for a 3+ weeks land and sea tour of South America with Canada One Tour in March 2020. They left Canada prior to all the travel advisories for COVID 19.
We are not upset about the trip as the land tour was full of fun activities. We are upset with the lack of professionalism of the tour guide Winnie Tsang. Making the right choice, with the COVID 19 pandemic, Winnie decided not to proceed with the cruise which was included in the package. Unfortunately, she decided this on her own and DID NOT share her decision with the 15+ members of her tour group. The only reason why my parents found out is because they overheard her conversation with her daughter. As the tour guide, she abandoned the rest of the group (which consisted of 65+ seniors with little English fluency) in South America and left them to arrange their own way back home. I am thankful everyone got back home safely but NEVER will I recommend anyone to go with Canada One.

Kelly Johnson did a great job booking my Hawaii vacation. She had to use my WestJet dollars, WestJet companion flight and a travel voucher. She used all those to get me an amazing deal on my flights.

Told my baggage fee payment and seat selection were completed I arrived at the departure kiosk to board. Found no evidence of baggage fee payment and had to stand in another line for half an hour keeping my family waiting. Ended up having to again pay for baggage and also found out seat selection was not as requested Travel agent said two aisle seats were booked, turned out to be one aisle and one middle seat. Wished I had gone online and booked everything myself!

No fuss. Clear communication and emails with all the necessary information to back us up while on our trip. As I would expect, but competent service providers are becoming rarer which is a sad state.

I have been on several group cruises (ocean and river) with Canada One Travel. Every experience has been outstanding! The agent took care of every detail. On one occasion the tour operator offered a reduced price on the cruise and Canada One passed that savings directly on to me. I was also advised when the tour operator was offering upgrades such as concierge level service at a reduced rate. In my view, Canada One agents go above and beyond to ensure their clients receive the best value and most amazing holiday experience possible. I highly recommend Canada One Travel and look forward to my next adventure.
