I have ordered several times from them. This will be the last time. When I put my order in the computer it would
not take it. I finally got through and ordered 12 Nuheart tablets for heartworm meds. When I received my order it contained a box of Nexgard containing 6
tablets of heartworm med. I called customer service to see if I could get an exchange. They didn't help!

I have ordered from Canada Pet Care several times. The only complaint I would have is that I payed extra for tracking and I never received tracking number. I do love that the prices are mush better than going through the vet.

A family member shared CanadaPetCare with me when I was searching for another pet supply store. I was amazed at the difference in prices and products between US stores and Canadian. I've been extremely pleased with CanadaPetCare and their staff. I have run into one issue where the product I purchased was damaged. Once I contacted them, they immediately replaced the product. I would and have recommended CanadaPetCare to anyone for their pets needs.

Canada Pet Care is the best option for my dogs when I need to buy medications like heartworm prevention and the one for ticks and fleas prevention. The brands Heartguard and Bravecto are my favorite ones and they have them at competitive prices in comparison to the local animal hospitals and/ or pet shops.

I ordered Apaquel for my senior dog. They are much better priced than my Vets office. Orders come quickly also! Very pleased!

Twice in two days I have not been able to place my order and had to ask for assistance. I was hung up on once the first day after explaining that I had two things in my cart and only wanted one of them. I call back and the next guy tells me that product is no longer available...yet it was still up on the site. I went back today and tried to order the same med. that they had erased yesterday as unavailable and there it was again. So I tied to order it again. And was told something was wrong with my card so I called and was told no one was available to take my call and to leave a message. Something 'fishy' is going on here.
