If ZERO was an option my score for Canadian Frost would be zero.
Ordered 3 items. I sent my measurement but they were way to small when they arrived.
I asked the standard measurement, measured mine and found they were not any larger than the standard.
I had specifically ordered larger.
When I pointed this out, with a photo including a ruler, I was told I was not the kind of customer they wanted.
Such rude and poor customer service.
Ridiculous.

Ordered the Monashee beanie because I like the versatility of gaiters but wanted one that was nicely finished, not just a single layer tube of synthetic material with unsewn edges. This one is bamboo-cotton, soft, and looks good on, especially as a head wrap. Dual layers and no bare edges. Had some issues getting the promo code via automatic email and my inquiry was answered right away. Some items are pre-order as indicated on the site, but mine was in stock and shipped same day. Happy to recommend.
