Great company

Great company. I trusted this company for any purchases. Selling good products and fast delivery services. Besides some products are a little bit expensive but everything is great to deal with this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM!!

DO NOT BUY FROM!!! They ship to the wrong address and then charge you an arbitrary shipping cost when your item is returned. Then claim it is "your error" even though it is clearly an error in their website.

Terrible Customer Service!!

Worst customer experience ever! I purchased a tent from them and they are authorized distributors of the product. It arrived with parts missing in the bag. When I tried to exchange the tent they asked me to deal with the manufacturer directly, whom of course would not help as they did not make the sale. I had many phone conversations and emails back and fourth, always ending with “I’ll call you back” and they never did. When I finally got frustrated with the manager on the phone she laughed at me.

Ordered an axe

Ordered an axe. Great price. Free shipping. My credit card was charged. Received an email it was shipped. Canada Post tracking number issue. Followed shipping for over 10 days to shipment issue - stay tuned for updates. Contacted store. Got the runaround. They said order was being processed(?). I COULD NOT get an answer from store as to where this axe was?!

Horrible customer service; would avoid like the plague

I live in the states, and was excited to place my first order with Nate’s company as I am a big fan of his and his YouTube channel. I ordered a pair of pants from them that the site and reviews said were true to size. However, they were not, and they were one size too small.

I spoke with customer support to either exchange or return the pants. She said even though I had already spent $15 to ship them to me that they could not cover the return shipping cost. I told her it wasn’t true to size, she said, “I have never heard anyone complain that it wasn’t true to size.”

I asked her if she could make a one time courtesy to cover return shipping cost, she said no. I told her the original manufacturer would provide me with a one time courtesy return for the pants I bought from them, she again refuted what I said and said, “No they would not do that.” I was appalled as I have never experienced poor customer service to this degree.

It wouldn’t make sense for me to return the pants back because shipping costs to Canada is $20-$50 which with including the already $15 shipping costs far exceeds the cost of the pants. So now I’m stuck with them. I wrote a review on the pants on the website to warn future customers that they weren’t true to size and they didn’t post my review. The only reviews listed are 5 star reviews. I would avoid this site like the plague. If you think they will go above and beyond or even meet you halfway they will not. If you order from this site you are on your own.

Very grateful for this excellent company!

My shipment was late so I called and the first day I didn't get anyone, but the second day I tried again and spoke to a really nice person who then told me the item I purchased was out of stock and were just waiting for them to come in. I said that's ok I'd wait, but realized they had one in a bigger size so I called back and said if you want I'll take the bigger one and you can charge my card extra. I was reassured they'll take care of me. So the next day I saw my parcel was shipped out, I got it a few days later (today) and here they gave me the bigger one at no extra charge that I can see. If they do still charge me that's ok too! I really appreciate your kindness! That shows you care about your customers, thank-you so much!

Great deal...but slow shipping and misleading correspondence.

I ordered a clothing purchase for about $800 on 11.25.22. The clothing was priced with a good discount. They sent me an email that the item was on its way with tracking number on 11.29.22. But the number was only created, and the item was never actually shipped.

I wrote to them and eventually got a reply from them on 12.8.22 that the item had shipped on 12.7.22. They should not send out tracking and say something is shipped until it is. But this seems to be a common practice with some mail order sellers, especially on eBay.

They did a good job packing the item. They offered a great discount on the item. My only complaint is for slow shipping and misleading correspondence. But in the end, they came through like a champ.

I have two order with them in two weeks…

I have two order with them in two weeks and they made two error in those two order, worth close to $500. I send two email to explain their mistake and never received any return from them. Try to call them, forget that.
That's sad because I like their product but they are unable to deliver correctly.

Got a refund (same day). Thanks.

There was an item I didn't need after all. Since it was my fault, I offered them to give me a credit instead of a refund. But I received a refund on my credit card on the same day. I guess it's what we call a 5-Star customer support.

Keep the good work. I really enjoy your online store and your Youtube Channel as well.

Outdated information on the web site for backordered availability so I emailed them to get an updated eta.
No reply almost like nobody is home. Poor service ratings in Knoji too.
Selling things is easy and this company is not good at the easy things so dealing elsewhere.
If your not prepared to offer customer service your business might not survive!!
