Your pricing for Eliquis. In the US, there is not a generic so it is purchased at a much higher price. Great customer service and was notified frequently on the shipping progress.

lack of communication about issues with order and inaccurate interpretation of prescription
Second time I have tried to order from them and they would not fill a prescription for a generic drug because they said it was incorrectly written - but it was not. I am a doctor myself and I have filled this same prescription with many other companies without any problems. They also did not contact me to tell me that the order could not be filled so I waited a long time with no communication.

First you said you didn't have a prescription, which you did. Then you said you didn't have our checks, which you did. Then I had to stop payment on my checks and do e-checks. This took a month and a half. Then after processing our order, we received a notification that we would receive our order in two weeks. At the end of those weeks we received notification that it would be 3-4 weeks more. This cost us a fortune because we had to pay $300+ for a prescription here plus a stop payment for the checks you had in your possession. Three months is a terrible time to fill an order. We hope the refill doesn't take that long
