Everything was absolutely perfect
Everything was absolutely perfect. We truly appreciated the professional, zero-wait handover of the vehicle, which was in excellent condition, as well as the equally seamless and quick return process. The company has everything perfectly organized.
Our only very minor piece of feedback: when picking up the vehicle, we asked why a camping table wasn't included with the camping chairs. The staff simply told us that tables aren't rented out with the equipment, without any further explanation. So, before hitting the road, we bought our own camping table, as we’ve never experienced European campsites coming with their own tables. This turned out to be completely unnecessary, as every single campsite we visited had a picnic table as part of the standard setup. No one mentioned this to us, and it was our first time visiting Canada. We ended up not using our purchased table even once and just left it with the vehicle when we returned it. But this is just a small detail; we probably should have looked into it ourselves beforehand.
Otherwise, we were absolutely thrilled. The service is impeccable, and we highly recommend this company!

Generell Feedback
The service during pickup and drop-off was perfect. However, the vehicle we received was extremely worn, and not everything worked—for instance, the hot water. The awning was also locked out of use; while this is stated in the terms and conditions, it is not the case with other rental companies. Having traveled with another provider four times before, I am well-qualified to judge this.

The Camper was absolutely great. A little to small for my son (1.85 meter). But it will do.
The belongings we required were there.
We had a great trip.
There were a few little things we would change. But nothing big. Great service and good material with enough explanation at the beginning of our trip.

The RV was clean and in good condition; however, prepaid levelling blocks were not provided.
The RV was clean and in good condition. We experienced no significant issues. The check-in and check-out process was relatively easy.
We were very disappointed we did not receive the levelling blocks we had paid for in advance.

I had a 1 pm Slot but i could Not get my at Home booked nespresso mashine. I booked it 1 year in advance. The revommendations during the Check in were Not helpful.

Easy pickup and nice and helpful employees.
It would be even better if levelling ramps was in the vehicle when rented and not an add-on. We would recommend to rent them.
If you plan to go to Rocky Mountains go for the platinum plus package so you do not have to worry about generator use. The fridge runs only on electricity so when on a no service campground like most of Parks Canadas the generator is very much needed.
The Canadream itself was nice, clean and easy to drive. Be aware that the 29ft vehicle only runs 3-4 km per liter gasoline.

Overall great experience with some issues along the way
We rented the Midi motorhome for a 14-day Rockies road trip, and it was a fantastic size for our adventure. Unfortunately, our trip started with 48 hours of torrential rain, and the window seals leaked heavily at our bed, completely soaking the mattress and forcing us to sleep in the overhead area for the first two nights.
Canadream directed us to a local glass repair shop in Canmore to patch the missing window foam. While this helped, it still dripped slightly and was never fully fixed, and a vehicle change should have been offered given the circumstances. We were also frustrated by annoying driving clicks from the seating area and a rattling insect screen door that needed a paper towel wedge.
At the end of the trip, I requested a $300 refund for those first two nights—which was equal to our extra mileage charge, so they could have easily waived it—but Canadream only offered $150 off. Overall, it would have been a 10/10 experience had the leak not happened.
