I booked RV from 21st to 26th June 2026. Staff was very friendly and helpful. RV receiving and return was very smooth like any other car rental. Their RVs are very specious and luxurious. I and my family liked. Only one suggestion I want to give. I received Maxi Plus RV. Some maxi plus RV have big storage opening vertically and some RVs have small storage openings. I had big suit cases and the RV I received it had small opening for storage boxes. It was very hard for me to put my suitcase in the storage and my suitcase got lot of scratches. I suggest during the booking time you should provide option that what kind of storage boxes RV is required. So, it can help consumers to select their according to the luggage they are carrying. Other than this everything was great.

Clean vehicle, everything worked, everything we booked was in the RV, no delays (we even managed an early pickup at short notice) and the staff were polite, helpful and cheerful. We had the RV for 3 weeks so gave it a good test.

Everything about our experience with CanaDream was absolutely wonderful! The booking process was smooth, and the campervan itself was clean, modern, and perfectly equipped for our trip. A special shoutout to the staff—everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and provided top-notch support from start to finish. I highly recommend CanaDream to anyone looking to explore Canada.

Great experience & service!

We picked up our DCV in Calgary...The staff we wonderful, they showed us how everything worked and answered all our questions... The camper Van was fairly new..and it had everything you needed to be warm at night or cool on those hot days.
It was surprisingly good on gas...because we drove almost 3300 km through the Rockies and up the Sunshine coast of BC.
I highly recommend Canadream for whatever style or size camper you need to have a wonderful trip and create great memories..

This company needs to get more personnel or get better with checking in. We waited almost 3 hours to get our van even with an appointment time. Also be aware of ridiculous charges! if you go over your generator time, they will charge you every hour after that and call it a "rental fee" even though you are the one paying for the gas to run the generator. And if you return the van with dirty floor mats, with just dirt from hiking, they will also try to charge you $130 for a cleaning fee. Don't recommend this company.

Overall, a positive experience with newer, clean model and good customer service. A couple small suggestions for improvement:
- stabilizer bars or similar would really help control the RV movement when set up to camp
- black tank pucks and small garbage bags should be included

Everything went really smoothly regarding booking / online check in etc. We loved our RV - nice and up to date and very comfortable. Had loads of fun exploring at our own pace.
Only negatives (small things) would be that only 2 of each crockery/cutlery item were provided (I'm sure we had more last time as I don't recall having to constantly wash up), and having to ask for the 2nd set of bedding (even though I had sent a message prior to our pickup and had been assured it was noted and would be sorted). And the charges for the early / late pick up & drop off are a bit steep.

Booking was easy and the Canadream people we interacted with were nice, but the orientation on our Deluxe Camper Van was poor, and there were some problems with van itself. We were first time renters, and although we had reviewed the video twice, and had the in-person orientation, we had the following problems with the unit.

No where is it mentioned, not in the video, the book, or the orientation, that the 2 front seats can be swiveled to face the back, which is a huge thing when you get to a campsite. Luckily, we were camping with experienced campers and on the 2nd night, they showed us how to rotate them.

The Truma heat and hot water system had to fully reset every time we turned the propane system off. We had no heat one night (3 Deg C) because we didn't know this.

It was explained that the solar panel did not need our attention at all; we could ignore it. However, at about 2 am on the first night, a white light started blinking on the panel and it was bright enough that it woke us. We didn't know what to do, so we just let it blink. Fortunately, it went out after a few minutes, but it did it other nights also.

There is a stereo system in the DCV that is not mentioned anywhere. However, we could not get it to pair to any of our devices, even though the devices recognized it. It would have been nice to have been shown how to do this during the orientation.

The privacy panels were crap. The Velcro snaps did not hold because they were old and worn, so some of them would fall down every night.

The shower head holder above the sink points the shower water directly at your face if you are standing, and over your head if you are sitting on the toilet. This made it difficult to take showers.

Some of our issues were associated with the lack of explanation and some were related to the equipment in our particular van camper. Together, they made our rental more difficult, but we worked around the problems. We had a fabulous time and would recommend a camping experience, particularly in Canada, to anyone!

Canadream is such a class act. They let us get our campers early and made the whole process so easy. Dropping them off was even more flawless. Everyone is so nice and our experience was amazing!

The RV was much older than we expected.
We have some troubles. By email was understanding but by drop off was the employer not very friendly about it.

Good people. Very accommodating

We were assisted by a German-speaking employee when we picked up the camper, which we greatly appreciated.

The vehicle drove well. We had no problems with it. However, the drawer latches didn't work perfectly. The email address didn't work when we tried to report the damage.

Compared with our previous RV experience, this one was better in terms of convenience, staff friendliness, and overall service. The RV was also well stocked with the necessary supplies.

Check in and check out we’re straightforward and easy. The staff were good to deal with at the Calgary location and we were happy with the vehicle. The kitchen set we rented could’ve been more comprehensive - we ended up buying one or two bits to top up but otherwise good.
