CanaDream RV - Toronto Reviews 

Lovely RV easy check in, helpful staff, motorhome was large and comfortable, only complaint is there was only 2 pillows. Pillows were usually available to hire more but there were none available! Drop off was easy simple process too, we paid for platinum service so didn't have to clean the RV. We had a items of each piece of crockery and cutlery as we were only 2 adults, one suggestion would be some wine glasses? I spent 2 weeks drinking wine from a mug! Overall we had a positive experience and would recommend this company.

Our first time renting an rv and it surpassed expectations. Vehicle was well equipped and easy to drive. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Booking process was easy and efficient. Hector gave us a good explanation of the systems at pickup and Bruce was very helpful on return.

Everything went perfectly with CanaDream. Great service from start to finish, and even when we had a small technical issue during our trip, the team was very helpful and took great care of us. The camper was in excellent condition, clean, well equipped, and everything worked as expected. Overall, a very positive experience – we would definitely recommend CanaDream!

The employes of the CanaDream RV location where realy friendly and are looking for a smooth start in our journey.
We wanted an RV without bunkbeds to have more space for our travel group. We set this wish just when we booked our trip.
What we got was an RV with bunkbeds.

Very nice service and support of the people on-site. We were a bit disappointed that we could not use the marquise. We had many sunny places where it would have been helpful.

The takeover was well organised and easy. Also, you are provided with clearly arranged documentation should you need to look sth up once you're on the road.
The vehicle was fairly new and well equipped - we were lucky and got a bigger one - and it offered all the convenience you wish for.
We needed the assistance while we were on the road and they were very helpful.
Also the return was very easy, and the staff are super-friendly! Can only recommend renting from CanaDream. The only thing that we found a bit tedious is that they charge you 5'000 on your credit card. Of course, it is returned but since we were on the road for three weeks, we had to 'really pay' the money; isn't there a way of just 'blocking' it for deposit?

The people at CanaDream were great, our pickup and drop off experiences were fantastic.
We had a few issues with the RV throughout our travels which we feel could have potentially been avoided. Ie our dining room slide was not working which required us to take a detour the Halifax location to have it looked at. They were able to find a temporary fix (again the staff who helped us was wonderful and helpful). We also had an issue with the black water system which we felt was preexisting to us picking up the RV and the generator also experienced an issue after a few days of use.
Although the phone support help centre was available when we called, they were not overly knowledgeable or helpful in trouble shooting the issues and we did not receive call backs in a timely manner.
Overall our experience was a good one for our first time RVing and we would consider CanaDream again in the future

Everything was going well. There was no waiting time at the pick up or drop off station. The staff was very friendly and explained everything and answered all questions.

I would like to start by saying that overall, we had a wonderful experience with your RV rental. Everything went very smoothly, and we were very satisfied with the service and the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our trip and were happy with our decision to rent an RV from you.

I would, however, like to share one point that I believe could be considered for future improvement:

Kilometre allowance: Although the cost of additional kilometres was not particularly high, the kilometre limitation does add another expense to the overall cost of the trip. When customers are already paying for the RV rental, insurance, fuel, and other travel expenses, having unlimited kilometres included could make the rental even more attractive. In comparison with some other RV rental companies that offer unlimited kilometres, this could also make your pricing and overall package more competitive.

These are simply suggestions based on our experience and are meant as constructive feedback. Overall, we were very happy with our rental experience and would definitely consider renting from you again.

Everything was perfect.

This was our second time renting an RV from CanaDream. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. I’ve had a much more negative experience renting an RV in the US but CanaDream is top notch in terms of customer service (they even made sure we had a German-speaking representative show us the RV), and especially the quality of their RVs. Both times we had high-quality vehicles that seemed very new and were clean. Both times we opted for the kitchen and linen sets and were happy with them. Especially the kitchen set was super complete, well thought-through and did not show signs of prior usage. I can also recommend the drop and go option, it was very convenient.
We rented at both the Vancouver and Toronto locations.

Well equiped camper, smooth check-in and out process with friendly staff in Toronto (pick up) and Montreal (drop off). Also good documentation and manuals. And a good waiting area to use while waiting for e.g. Uber. There are alot of extras you need to pay for; items/services that should be standard like e.g. leveling blocks or explanation of camper. When selecting a check in time online there were no options left before 12:00. When we got there at 11:00 there were no other clients but we still had to pay an additional $75 if we wanted to check
in before 12:00. That seems a ploy to generate some extra revenue which given the overall cost seems uncalled for. All in all a good experience although at a relatively high cost.
