Going to leave a 5star review despite a missing item from the order. I ordered 4 shirts and a pair of cufflinks. The shirts arrived and are decent quality and a good fit. The cufflinks were missing, but am in touch with customer service who have communicated well so far. They've assured me the cufflinks are on their way, but unfortunately it's already too late for the event they were intended for.

hi as such yet to order but i question returns policy where there's a charge of £5 (think per item?)
bit concerning as one hasn't even seen or tried the goods for size? and view the colours ?
Budget has no relevance fact remains that we're purchasing online and have not even seen the products purchased so it's my view that your policy for charging or deduction of £5 per parcel has no logic irrespective of the retail price majority of online retailers never deduct any cost from retail price eg Amazon or M&S

Both items I purchased were listed online in my size but were out of stock when it came to dispatch. Was offered a smaller size! I mean, you wouldn't do that with shoes would you, so why do it with shirts??!

Really unsatisfactory shirts, I'm disappointed
The shirts have different sleeve lengths and there are loose threads around the collar buttons
Opened another one today and the sizing is different, the threads are loose, badly stitched and the top button is hangoing off. Really poor. I'd like a refund please

Poor service delivery
I still haven't received the items two weeks after purchasing them 🙃. A week should be sufficient for the client to receive their items like other players do.
