Super easy

Not an honest company to deal with

Our flight was late and instead of a car we were bit on a minibus unfortunately my partner left his rucksack with his medication on the bus. It was only a couple of minutes after getting off the bus we realised so phoned the office who refused to discuss with us as we need to speak to the supplier. After 11 days of contradicting information, lies and a taxi ride to the airport to speak to them directly they had not got my bag but they did have a picture of. They said the driver had handed it into the office but they couldn’t find it. They gave me a WhatsApp number to keep in contact then as I was so persistent they blocked me.

Our Claims Department has informed you at all times that the backpack was not located in our airport office. Unfortunately, a new colleague mistakenly provided incorrect information at one point, and we would like to sincerely apologize for this misunderstanding.

The backpack never arrived at our facilities, and this was communicated both to you and to your agency by email. Even so, we remain at your disposal for any additional details you can provide, and we will stay alert in case it appears.

We appreciate your patience and are truly sorry for what happened.

Transfer to airport

After a rubbish transfer to hotel, my transfer back to the airport was excellent, timely and the driver Constanti was friendly and welcoming.
