Disgusting how people with bad credit CAN CAN get accepted!!! Your advisers tell you on the phone, you've been accepted go pock a car!! For you then to spend 2hrs of your life pocking a beautiful car (which i cried about) to be told.... NO CAN DO!!! You are NOT clear with your customers, you are disgusting. Just as trade centre uk.... out for money!!! PLEASE DO NOT EVEN BOTHER IF YOU HAVE BAD CREDIT.... i can easily afford the car i picked.... just there crap way of selling leading people on and crapadministration has led me to not have my dream car. RANT OVER!!

I filled out the online finance check, was told I was eligible for finance. Received a phone call to go through all my details and was told I was accepted for finance and was booked in for an appointment at the car dealership.

I drove there, spent and hour and a half there and went through all my details again and was told that I would have a decision the following day (after paying the £99 deposit). The following day, received a phone call telling me that I can't be accepted for finance without a guarantor because I am not in employment.

If this is their standard policy, why not simply tell me this on the phone instead of wasting my time and fuel?

Cancan approved me for finance and sent me to my nearest trade centre. I chose the same car that cancan were advertising on their site for £15 a week, only to be confused with it being £107 a month. My disappointments didn't stop there. After an hour and a half I was then given the news that I wasn't accepted for finance. Cancan promote a strong misleading message that "anyone can" even people without the best credit scores.
