I got my money straight back here is what i suggest you do if they are trying to take £24.90 on continuous card payment that u didnt knowingly authorise first cancel your card with the bank who will issue u a new one immediately and in my case the new one was available straight away for online purchases, get your bank to start a dispute clearly explain why you think u have been scammed you will have to wait for them to actually take your money in other words it is no longer pending i was told the dispute may take 6-8 weeks it went back into my bank within 2 hours my bank blocked the scammers straight away to literate cancelling your card is very important as they will keep taking it good luck my bank Barclays were brilliant

Went online this morning to cancel my disney+ subscription. I became suspicious when asked to enter my credit card details and to pay a £14.99 fee. I didn't enter my card details and came on here to see the reviews. WOW!! Avoid.

Having issues with GIFFGAFF so decided to cancel Contract with them.
Never gave it thought, saw Cancel Contract, believing it was GIFFGAFF as I was on their platform.
Looked at my emails, next thing I know I was billed for the service.
This lot will not give an answer"WHAT ARE YOU DOING MASQUERADING ON THE GIFFGAFF PLATFORM ".
Will not give an answer,or a refund which I've asked for.
I said every Contract has a cooling off period

I have been charged twice 24.99 although the contract was terminated. It has been a hassle to get this stopped.

I have been charged 2 payments 1 in September and yesterday for £24:99 a contract I cancelled with EE back in September and have now idea why I was charged I phoned them and they said it was for a premium service charged?

I have no idea what I was charged £24.90 for. This company is a scam and taking money for nothing. They should be closed down. I phoned the company but without any luck. There was no empathy from the person I spoke to. I rang my bank and I can possibly apply for a charge back.

I believe my phone call to EE was intercepted, and was told by EE (as I thought I was speaking to, to call Cancel Contract number which I did.Paid the 48 hour subscription of 1.49 then I find I am now paying them 24.90 a month for nothing. Complete ripoff the company should be shut down and I don't expect to get my money back, complete and utter scam. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Wouldn't even give this a one star. They claimed they were and have cancelled my 3 contract. I found out weeks later an outstanding bill through 3 came through and even they didn't know about the cancel contract sending out a letter.
They didn't send one.
They keep trying to steal money off you each month.

I used this company to send a letter switching my mobile to another provider. I have just noticed that they have taken nearly £30 out of my account monthly since March. I have now phoned them and they say I must have signed up for an ongoing contract, but I definitely didn't. I'm furious.

Scam scam scam. Do not use, Dublin based company. Contact your bank. Also because you think you have cancelled your phone you haven't and you'll find a bill coming through the letterbox.

They piggyback companies and take over.
I cancelled a giffgaff sim card and this Company came up. I did not agree or sign anything and certainly did not give and bank details. .A month later the took £1.49 out of my bank and giffgaff took another £6.00..
I have demanded that they let me know how they obtained my bank details as this is data protection!
They have said I would get a refund in 7 days, time will tell!
It appears that they have an address is Dublin so like Ryanair do not conform to British Law Pembroke House 28-32 Pembroke Street Upper Dublin2, Dublin DO2 NT28 Ireland, Hope I do NOT get their standard reply!!!!!!1 I just got the same reply which does not address my fraud concerns

SCAM COMPANY, this company operates as a parasite, popping up online for phone top up searches. My husband is virtually computer illiterate and when his new phone ran out of credit he tried to top up with what he thought was Giff Gaff. He paid £18 and unwittingly signed up to some contract for £29.70 a month. Payments were taken from our joint account for a year before I realised. Debits made to PXP TOOLWAVES. I googled this and found CARDTOPUP. Which is linked to Cancelcontract.
It’s a completely fraudulent way of very cunningly accessing a lot of money.
I have been promised a partial refund for 5/12 payments. I will be reporting to the bank and trading standards but no doubt these scammers will just create a new company and continue to scam with impunity.
UPDATE- check out an article on love money about Cancel Contract UK and request a charge back with your bank

As others did, whilst trying to cancel a Virgin Media contract, I signed up somehow for the monthly subscription. I had this for 7 months thinking the payment was for something else (came up as Easyletter.co.uk so beware of them too). Got 2 payments back from Cancel contract, with no explanation or apology, and 2 from the bank. Any ideas how I get the rest back?

I'm another victim of this scam. I realised it was fishy as soon as I'd given them my details, but it was too late! They took £1.49 and then the first month's payment of £24.90.
I've frozen online payments from my card and requested a new one.

big scam! they didn't cancel anything and just for sake of them, they make subscriptions (which sounds ridiculous). They make us confused and assume we already cancelled respective subscription while it is not. I got noticed only when my internet bill is still recurring.
NEVER EVER USE THIS
