I cannot recommend C&G removals enough for how much they helped us through our house move process.
From the initial quotation stage where they came to the property on time as promised and did a full hour plus long review of everything we had. The worked out how much stuff we had, the more challenging items to move, the furniture that required dismantling and reassembly, the access to the building, the time and number of people needed and the amount of boxes and packaging material we may need. It was meticulous and thoroughly professional. We kept in touch throughout our long sale and purchase process of the property and at no time did the team at C&G made us feel as if we were taking too much of their time. There was excellent level of friendly and professional communication between us and the quotation we received was fair and very accurate explaining everything they covered in the job.
Prior to the job, they dropped off the packaging material and also some great tips on how to maximise packing to ensure safe and secure transport of our goods.
On the day, they were at our door step exactly on time. We had done diligently our part in the packaging and planning as C&G suggested so it made the process easy. Picture this, it’s moving day and it’s suppose to be stressful…and what was my wife and I doing? Sitting and having a cuppa, while the C&G team expertly and securely moved everything out. They had a padded cover for our front door to protect any damage to it or items as they came out, sofa covers, shrink wrap, TV covers…you name it they had it covered. It felt very odd to be this free and relaxed and watching your possessions just get filled into vans like Tetris. Our 3 bedroom town house was done in a few hours and off to the new property.
Even in the unload process, the team went over and above the few complications and delays that come in completion. All the furniture was re-assembled, boxes in the right rooms and furniture placed as we wanted.
How did we not ever use removals before?! And I think we had our first experience with the best in the business!

From obtaining the quotation to the planning of my move C &G Removals were there to answer all my questions, A family run business both Laura and Nax are efficient and helpful very customer centric organisation. C&G Removals provided an efficient and friendly storage and removal service for our relocation from Yorkshire to Leicestershire. On time both days with no losses or damage. Traditional shifters skills in abundance coping with a very tight staircase. Happy to recommend C&G to others, but not planning to repeat the process ourselves any time soon!

These guys are the best in the business.friendly and quick service.look no further than these guys i promise you they good..and also they have covers for your goods to keep them protected not many companys use them.told them i had 15 boxes but had extra 10 end of it didnt charge me for them which was really good of them.

Naz was very helpful in fitting in our removal at very short notice. Communication was excellent. The lads who did the removal were very professional despite a very long day for them. Moving is a very stressful time, get C&G in to move you they help to reduce the stress. All the staff where polite and friendly and they completed the move (even my garage!!) with ease and professionalism. Nothing was too difficult and no complaints even after our fairly late completion.

C&G Removal company went above and beyond for us before and during our removal. Friendly, fast and efficient an incredible team. Laura the administration Queen of organisation. She books, confirms and makes sure that everything is in order before the move takes place. Thank you Laura. On the day of our removal Naz telephoned us before leaving, to let us know they were on their way. On arrival, the team got straight to work.

We had asked the company to do two extra stops to different locations before driving to our final destination, which was two and a half hours away. Naz asked us to travel on to the final destination, whilst his team drove on to location number two, to collect more items.

Just before joining the motorway the clutch on my car car gave way😱 after calling the AA . I contacted Naz and the team to let them know of our dilemma.We were stressed, and really concerned, as the AA could only collect the car, and not us due to covid 19 restrictions. Naz calmed us down and offered to get his team to drive him to his home to collect his family car then drive back to collect us. Social distancing procedure’s were used as we sat in the back with masks on. Not only did he drive us to our final destination , but he also googled a garage for the car to be taken too, close to our final destination. He waited with us, while the car was delivered, keeping us calm and making us laugh. Thank you Naz!!
Meanwhile his team was at the final Destination, unpacking, installing the washing machine, putting our wardrobe together, and connecting our corner settee for us. Naz saved the day !!. Words can not begin to explain how grateful we are. Naz and his team went above and beyond to help us. The service was excellent, all boxes were placed in the correct labelled rooms, it was service with a smile. We would give 100 ⭐️ if we could. Trustworthy, professional, excellent. Thank you.

Naz and his team were extremely helpful & quick, didn’t even have to lift a finger! They went out of their way to go the extra mile for us whilst we faced multiple inconveniences throughout the day.
