Used the products in the past and was very happy. The last order I placed never arrived, constant emails to them, never responded to! Interesting how they only reply to the positive comments on here. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…. £30 out of pocket! Disgraceful!!…

Very disappointed, I have not received my order which was placed months ago.
I have left many messages with no response at all…Avoid!!

After purchasing 2 products I waited months without recieving them I sent numerous emails and online messages, all of which were ignored! In the end I raised a dispute with my bank and got a refund. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered the Power brow product in January and it never arrived. I contacted Candid and they quickly sent a replacement. However, I have experienced the same issue again. Ordering at the beginning of July, no delivery and now, no replies to my messages about my order. Very poor customer service.

Received order two months late

Feel like this is overhyped
Tried before I got my brows laminated didn’t help
Tried with my lamination and it doesn’t last long
The brush they send isn’t great I’d use another brush

I was looking for something to do my eyebrows. They were OK but needed a bit of work and more attention. I felt that I wanted to find that ideal something to smarten them up without and nasty residues or unnatural products. Did not need or want a standard pencil to draw them. I wanted to find something much nicer and with a more luxurious sophisticated feel, but not a pencil. The gel applicator was absolutely perfect. After a few months of use, my eyebrows are now fuller and thickened and much more perfect, I realized that I am much happier with them now. I think that this product is absolutely perfect.

I was skeptical to try this, but so glad that I did!!! It works so well, but doesn't put too much product on like brow gels sometimes do. So easy to use and comes with everything you need. I already ordered 3 more!

I love this product ! I have over plucked my eyebrows over the years so I always needed to fill them in with a brow pencil . After a few short months of using the Powerbrow, my brows have actually grown back and I no longer use a pencil . I love the regular size Powerbrow and also carry a mini one in my purse. It does what says it does. Love that it has great ingredients like coconut oil , castor oil and vitamin E. Also it is cruelty free and Candid Beaute plants a tree when you shop! Amazing product and company . Customer service is excellent too!

Absolutely in love! I’ve tested so many eyebrow products over the years as I have very thin and fair brows and by far the powerbrow is my favourite product! It creates an lovely natural & bushy look while lifting and holding them in place. I’m not only obsessed with their powerbrow but their huge beauty sponge is the softness and sponginess one I’ve used! It makes applying my foundation so much more enjoyable 🤩

Not happy at all with the product or customer service. I ordered the LIMITED EDITION POWERBROW DUO and it came broken it the package. The lid was cracked and the slot for the second item was empty. Whatever was supposed to be there wasn't there. I contacted customer support and they would not do anything...no refund, no replacement. I'm tired of buying from scam companies like this one that are just out to make a quick buck and then change the company name when too many people complain and start all over again selling crappy products. I'm tired of thieves like Candid Beaute!

Amazing makeup, fabulous service, beautiful packaging, cruelty free and vegan, I’m obsessed!! The new Stick Around eyeliner is easily my favorite ever. I've never had an eyeliner that is so easy to apply, so richly pigmented and beautifully matte black. Everything from the liner to the lashes and the powerbrow, it held up all day!! I cannot recommend their products highly enough. Worth every penny!

I am completely blown away! I have zero shape to my brows. The Powerbrow completely lifts my brows up and doesn’t make them feel crusty or stiff at all. I am looking forward to using it in summer as I think it will be an essential in my beach bag, perfect for those “effortless & natural” summer looks. I have definitely noticed that my brows are in better condition too, they feel don’t just look thicker, they feel thicker and nourished. BUY IT, you WONT regret it 🙌

Maybe powerbrow only works on thick bushy eyebrows? I have thin and sparse eyebrows that can look very good with lamination but get very damaged so I was excited about trying powerbrow. It is clear soap in a stick. The only way I can achieve laminated look with it is by using it wet and then brushing and pressing down with my finger. Every time a few hairs fall put due to friction which I really can't afford with my thin brows! The hold doesn't last more than an hour on me. Really disappointed.

Absolutely LOVE this product & brand. I’ve never really been into “doing my eyebrows” because honestly I didn’t know how, but CB’s social media platforms explain everything and the power brow is such a useful product. Makes them look so much fuller and holds in place all day.

Truly an incredible product! Eyebrows are always an important part of my daily routine but I never realised how much better I could still make them. The difference pre & post power brow is just jaw dropping! They have such a great shape now. Can’t wait to try your new releases as well!! 😍

Amazed! I am not usually one to do much with my eyebrows so I thought I’d give The Power Brow a go and it’s an absolute game changer! It gives me perfect bush brows that leave a natural flawless finish PLUS it lasts all day! I love this product and 100% will be buying again
