Usually have really good service. This time I ordered on Sunday on a bank holiday weekend during a 3for2 offer, I only noticed after I checked out that 1 bottle of oil had went out of stock so I didn’t receive the offer. I emailed them to try fix this by adding another bottle to my order. I didn’t receive a response until Tuesday and they said my order had been processed. I then replied to this asking could they send another bottle as I didn’t receive the offer and I emailed promptly after discovering this….. this email has been ignored and I’ve had no response since … that was 5days ago now………
To reply to your response… I emailed within 2 hours of placing my order which was more than 24hours before dispatch. I was told your office was not manned until the Tuesday which from a customer point of view isn’t great especially while running a sale.
