Outstanding customer service
I have been a customer since the beginning. The customer service is first class. When I did have a query, it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The attention to detail they give to everything is outstanding. They are helpful and considerate and always striving to supply the products that us customers ask them to. The products are fabulous and i wont go anywhere else. I have been making candles for many years and have tried many many suppliers, Candlestuff go above and beyond and I feel like a valued customer and not just a number. Excellent company
I have been using candlestuff for quite a while now and would highly recommend. You are always kept in the loop with delivery details and it’s always fast. Cosy Sunday morning and rose wonderland are bestsellers for me and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for these scents.
During a recent order I made an error and contacted the company through messenger I wasn’t expecting a reply straight away as it was a Sunday but I had a message back in under an hour and the person helped me sort my enquiry.
I would always shop here and recommend to anyone in the business.

Oils are lovely but I'm struggling with…
Oils are lovely but I'm struggling with the Kerasoy wax....very soft and cant get a result for melts or candles with this....although I'm aware other people do get a great result so i just need to figure out how to fix the issue. I have emailed for help or advice but not much help with this. I will try a different wick...

Hi Lyn, as discussed when you contacted us via email and messenger, Kerasoy wax is made by Kerasoy and is the same product no matter where you buy it from, it also takes a lot of testing of various wicks, temperatures, fragrance % ratios which can take weeks to months or even years to perfect. I feel it's a bit unfair leaving us a 2-star review based on trying a wax out and not having a perfect result with it right away. It's just a case of testing for yourself, although we have provided in depth information to get better results via our chat. You said you didn't know what temperatures you were using when making the products which is one of the most important factors, so it is a case of learning the process and testing as discussed.
