This website is a total scam, although I've been ordering reguraly from them. On this last one, I've never received the order u made, and when made aware, the item was on it's way back, my request for a refund was ignored as up to today. Stay away from them.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t and still not good. I have made my order more than 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I have sent plenty of emails and nobody ever replied and now that apparently they're official site has closed I can’t even review my order as I never received a shipping email. So I don’t know even where my parcel is. So not happy.

I did not receive my order. I contacted candour beauty several times but I did not get a response. Very disappointed.

I have never used sunscreen before. I just avoided being in the sun for long periods or wore clothes that covered me.
This product is like a Light cream, no residue with all the protection. Already recommended to family and friends.

Excellent product. Fantastic service and delivery! The Black Girl Sunscreen is a must for darker skin. Feels great on, and does not irritate my sensitive skin. No white cast is left on the skin.

Everyone was so friendly! And I'm extremely pleased with how my haircut turned out.

For over a week i have not recieved my package

Very slow at answering emails and horrible experience with the shipping to norway. Been three weeks and still no packedge and the shipping site did not update the status of the packedge for two of these. I was hoping to use it on my trip but it will not be here on time, so super disappointed. Would not recommend.

I haven’t received my order, When emailing customer services they say they won’t reply for 5 days so I can’t even find out what’s happened. Communication definitely need improvement as at the moment I feel I have just been scammed.

I received my securely packaged items with a compliment slip thanking me. When I had an issue with a previous order,the customer service was excellent.
