2 sweets types out of stock so they…
2 sweets types out of stock so they sent replacement. No email to let me know. The candy on a stick came in a paper bag, the paper had stuck to the sweet we couldn't get it off.

I'm sorry 2 of your choices were out of stock, we have over 200 sweets to choose from which makes it tricky to have up to date stock information available at all times. We do have a note on our website at the top of the build your own box page to advise that - "Occassionally, we may run out of a certain type of sweet. In this case, we will replace that selection with another of your choices."
We strive to provide the best service to our customers, so as a gesture of goodwill I'll process a refund for the toffee cup lolly and also the two types of sweet which substituted with replacements. I hope you find this satisfactory and that you enjoyed the rest of the sweets.
