DO NOT BUY ..

DO NOT BUY ... We have had to pay an additional £48.00 in import taxes to get this delivered, on top of the shipping costs paid at time of purchase. Not worth it

I order a set from candy catsz for…

I order a set from candy catsz for forbidden kingdom and paid extra for 2 day shipping. My set did not ship out till over a week later after multiple emails asking them why it hasn’t been shipped they finally responded with “everything takes 7-10 days” no where on the websites says any of that. And now that I have it it isn’t even what I ordered and has Badinka tags on it. Seems like a drop shipping website

ANGRY & ANNOYED......

I'm so upset with this company had to write another review
This company was highly recommended to me and now I find out you have to pay for returns in Bulgaria well listen my package is lost I don't think I'm ever getting my package I've gotten no reply I've reached out to the company and nothing took my money and I'm still waiting for a tracking since May........

Very good quality meow

Im returning customer and im very happy of candy catz clothes.

They make good quality, european made rave style clothes. Not only those clothes looks very good, but they are also comfortable.

Candy Catz also has good customer service. I once got body which had tear so i got some money back which i could use to repair it in local seamstress and gift card as a compensation. I have also got few questions on some clothes and answer have come in reasonable time.

Money-Hungry Merchants - SCAMMERS won't tell you returns ship to BULGARIA

2 weeks before Halloween, we ordered a set for Halloween as they were listed at Buy One Get One half off - making the total $177 - which includes the lowest tier of shipping "3-day expedited" at $20.

One of the suits was too big so when I reached out, the customer service rep, Lola, suggested that I buy another one because she didn't think it would come back to them in time for a return and then the issue of a suit in the correct size to arrive by Halloween.

She even offered me a discount if I KEPT this unused one and ordered another suit. I took her advice and decided I would order another suit. At no point did she or anywhere on my sales receipt say that I'd have to pay to return the item to Bulgaria.

I paid the expedited shipping for the third suit, which said 3-day delivery. I took a screen shot of it so there wouldn't be any funny business. At this point, we are 10 days from Halloween, and the website is still marketed entirely to Halloween shoppers.

Sadly, the item did not ship for 4 days and then it did not arrive to me until after Halloween. I am now extremely upset and go to return the order of both suits and find that the return address which was not provided before now, is in Bulgaria.

Here's the price that I was quoted on a very light package:

UPS $451
USPS $357
Fedex $170

After reeling from those prices, I went online and read the dozens of reviews talking about this happening to others. I feel absolutely misled, misguided, and like I was dealing with slimy communicators. There is nothing so special about these suits to warrant the sick feeling you get from dealing with people who do dishonest business.

They are very hot, they smell after one use, poorly ventilated. If you feel like going out in a wetsuit turtleneck then you'll be used to it. But there are so many other small businesses deserving of your patronage rather than this group who lure you in with deals off overpriced items. They have flashy marketing and a sleek website but lots of missing information. And FYI, when presented with the screenshots about delivery time- Lola completely denied the words written directly on my order receipt captured in the screenshot. If you had any morality, you would not have suggested I buy yet another suit from you. I hope the $177 you stole from me was worth it to be forever stained as a horrible place of business in my and my network's mind.

Stay away from CandyCatz - they’re slimy merchants and their words are as fake as the computerized prints on their costumes.

Dreamy Festival Attire, Perfect with Patience

My second order with Candy Catz just arrived to my door. It arrived perfectly packaged and, with removal of receipts and packing slips, it was in perfect presentation for my girlfriend's birthday gift.

We are in awe of the quality of spandex fabric that is used in these suits. We have purchased some of their cyber designs and the Flutter BnW catsuit. The suit hugs her curves well despite it not being a custom size suit. The pigments come through very bold, and under the UV is beyond anything I could have hoped for.

We have followed the care instructions to wash the suit and it was nice to see no bleed of pigment into the water. My gf is a juggler and these are going to work great for taking to flow events and festivals. The blue chaps costume was just right and it fits her like a dream.

I was not honestly expecting to get the product in time because Candy Catz had communicated to me about a delay in production. (I hit them up during one of their sales so they likely were trying to give me a heads up that they got slammed) Im very patient so the delay did not bother me and I was just happy that they gave me a heads up.

This order was entirely worth the wait.

Will be interesting to see how this…

Will be interesting to see how this goes. I ordered. It arrived way too late to wear. Company suggested I gift it to a friend. $170 USD? I love my friends but, umm no. So then I contact them they say mail it back. Sorry for your experience.
No shipping instructions. No label to print. When POINTEDLY asked where to ship it’s Bulgaria. It came from Oregon. No where does it say in the emails an address, unless specifically asked.

I won’t recommend this company. I will attempt to ship 1/2 way around the world but it appears from others I’m pissing more money away. Lesson learned.

$142 write off - lesson learned, buyer beware

Ordered the War Ranger costume for over $109.99 plus shipping - total order amount: $108.01. The print was low quality and disappointing to say the least, looked nothing like the picture on the website, decided to return it. Buyer beware, you have to return the item by shipping it to Bulgaria, no option to return it in the country you buy it in. I was not very happy about this but, as a courtesy to this small business, I paid the additional $33.60 for shipping to ship the item back. And that's where they get you. Despite having a tracking number, USPS cannot track the shipment once the package leaves the U.S. CandyCatz claims that they never received the return and refuse to issue a refund. And that's the end of this: Now, I am short of $141.61. Don't make the same mistake, simply skip this purchase and don't do business with CandyCatz. Do NOT recommend.

Terribly long shipping

I can't find how to leave a review on their actual websites so here. They just got here and the event was 3 days ago. My partner and I both ordered within their processing and shipping time and it didn't matter, and it wasn't able to be refunded to get other outfits, so I spent twice as much as I wanted getting an outfit elsewhere. At this point I'm not willing to pay to ship it back and wait up to a month for my money back but I will not be ordering from them again. If I could've left this review easily on their business sites, I would've at least tried it on and added a third star if the quality was decent. I wish I checked this site sooner, I never would have ordered after seeing the company reply to the issues being repeated, and it seeming them only farm good reviews for their site so it looks to be 5 stars. So hopefully for whatever my next event is it'll work but I'm never buying here again and I highly recommend you don't

Only 3 different sizes in male bodysuits

I like the the designs of the suits but they only have 3 different sizes in male bodysuits (7 different sizes in female bodysuits). If you are between M and L you don't have a size M-L and you don't know what to order for a good fit.

15 days and my order hasn't been shipped yet

After 15 days since placing my order, the courier has not received the parcel. The tracking says that the courier received the data about the parcel, but not the parcel itself. Contacted customer service and they said that they sent the parcel. Conflicting informations.

I need the costumes for a job this coming Friday but there's no chance they will arrive on time. I want to cancel my order and receive a refund so that i can buy something else for the job.

Don't trust promised shipping time

Don't trust promised shipping time! UNRELIABLE! Despite paying for fast shipping with a 3-5 business day estimate, my order took 16 days to arrive. Upon contacting them after 10 days of my order, I learned about a processing time of up to 5 business days not factored into the shipping estimate and besides that they mentioned having a delay. This delay caused significant inconvenience, especially as I needed the item for a bachelor party. I had to figure out something last minute as it didn't arrive on time. To add to the frustration, the fast shipping fee and return shipping costs were not refunded, making the overall experience feel like a scam. Dealing with their customer service was the worst I've ever encountered, resulting in a waste of time, money, and energy. Never buying again!

Im very happy with the customer service

Im very happy with the customer service. I found it easy to get in contact with them when I needed to return an item. I spoke to Lola who went above and beyond to help me as I ordered the incorrect size. I’m from the Uk and had to pay for the delivery which I was happy to do so. I highly recommand Candycatz

I highly recommand Candycatz, it is my second order, they were very helpful and professionals. We use the outfits for our dancers for big concerts, the quality is amazing (20 shows and no outfits were damaged).

I am OBSESSED with this company!

I am OBSESSED with this company!!

I have three pieces from them, and they are my most complimented pieces of clothing hands down.

The customer service was also quick and helpful when I had questions.

I just wish they had more of my favorite cut, I think I'd buy ten 😁

They only sent me a packing slip

They only sent me a packing slip. That's it. That or someone tore open the package and only left a slip. They refuse to refund me and have told me to file a claim with local post. Candycatz, you suck. I wanted to wear these for New Year and the second one on your BOGO was a gift for a friend.

These outfits are made by a Bulgarian…

These outfits are made by a Bulgarian sham company. Despite all assurances, they do not accept returns or exchanges. It will cost you $100-150+ USD in shipping/tracking/insurance to send everything back and they they refuse to refund your money. Avoid!!!

Impossible to return an item

I received the body suit, good quality, but did not fit me wright. So I contact them to return the item. The address is in Bulgaria. I was OK paying for the shipping back, but when I try to ship, I get all kinds of questions to try to create the mailing label in Stamps.com: what is the HS tariff number, the ITN number and the IOSS number. I emailed candycatz for help and they said they did not know...so...I decided to keep the item. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
