Easy purchase. Love the quality of the fabrics. No problems with shipping. I love the wide range of designs available. I actually purchase these suits as dive skins for scuba. Super fun to wear on the boats!

I have never purchased a suit like this before and did so with the full expectation that I would then need to purchase body shapewear to wear underneath to make my body look good. Except when I tried this on to see where the 'problem areas' would be, I was extremely surprised and delighted to see that the way the print sits on the pattern is just naturally very flattering and I actually WON'T NEED any shapewear underneath to look good. I'm over the moon and I can't wait to dress up as a dragon for my next convention. It feels amazing, it's buttery soft, it fits like a glove and it arrived so fast! I am so surprisingly comfortable and very pleased with my purchase. I even recommended this site to two friends who also found prints they would love because there are so many choices! I would absolutely order again.

This is the first time I buy from this company and they exceeded my expectations. The oufit looked amazing when my friend used it for EDCO 2025 (Gave it to my friend as a gift). Customer service was above and beyond as well. Quality of the outfit was great. Shipping was fast, only needed to wait a about a week, although it might take longer depending on which area you are at, of course. I ordered it from the U.S. Definitely will buy from this company again and I recommend it as well🙌

CandyCatz truly exceeded my expectations. Their service is incredible, every order I placed arrived super fast, and the quality of the fabric is outstanding. The material is machine-washable, stretchy, and always keeps its perfect shape. I’ve worn their pieces multiple times and they still look brand new. Plus, everything is so comfortable.

The item I received was a gift for my daughter. The description was accurate and I received a high quality garment for my daughter to wear for Halloween. Because it is form fitting I was concerned about the garment’s thickness and its durability. I have no idea how it is possible to create such a dynamic garment that is so durable and comfortable. My daughter LOVED IT! My exceeded my expectations—BY FAR!

Bought a set for my wife that unfortunately didn’t fit because I didn’t know her size. The customer service was great on finding a solution. After shipping the item back I was able to get a full credit refund and made some purchase, for a new set that fit my wife perfectly once we look at the sizing chart. Bought myself a cool vest and got a awesome looking skeleton clothing for her as well

I had a great experience. I paid for faster shipping and they did apply it. The costume was great quality and just as pictured.

Mel has been lovely to work with and her items have always arrived in great condition. Sizing chart is accurate, so please make sure you are taking your measurements! I have been purchasing her items from her Etsy shop and all three pieces I have ordered have been exactly as advertised. She is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns and will ship items in a timely manner or sometimes sooner if you send her a message! She happily shipped my last order faster than normal due to my stress of getting an item for an upcoming show! Would highly recommend her and CandyCatz!

I am totally in love with my body suit! The fabric feels soft but fits tight against my body. It feels like a wet suit. Fit was perfect. Colors are vibrant. I will purchase from them again for sure!

Great fit, well made. I wore it to a club on Halloween and it felt great. The seller was very communicative and helpful. It also arrived on time.

After having ordered my originally-planned Halloween costume through another seller, they fell through and were not able to deliver on time, leaving me scrambling to find another outfit just 8 days before Halloween. I found this seller and asked on the 23rd of October if it'd be possible to have one of their dresses by the 30th, since I was going out for Halloween on the 31st, and they delivered! They got the dress made and shipped on time to arrive on the afternoon on the 30th, and I was so relieved to have it before Halloween. The dress is very comfortable as well and I had fun dancing in it all night. Thank you so much for excellent customer service!

This has been extremely frustrating! We ordered something over a month ago and paid for 2 to 3-day shipping and we still have not received it. Their customer service representative has informed me that they will not refund us for the $20 we paid for expedited shipping and we will also have to pay for the item to be returned. I strongly recommend buying from someone else. They do not care about helping.

This has been, without a doubt, the most frustrating and stressful online shopping experience I have ever had. I strongly advise against purchasing from Candy Catz.

My ordeal began on September 26th, when I placed an order for over $150. The confirmation email stated a 4-6 day processing time and 6-9 day shipping window. This timeframe came and went with no update. After I followed up with the company twice, my items were finally shipped on October 16th, well past their promised window.

When the tracking finally updated to "delivered," I checked my mailbox only to find a packing slip. There was no package and no items.

I immediately contacted Candy Catz, who provided zero assistance. They told me they are not responsible for lost packages and that I had to deal with USPS directly. This started a long and difficult process of filing multiple claims with USPS, who ultimately could not locate the package.

USPS informed me the items were insured and that the merchant (Candy Catz) could file a claim. However, I also discovered they had only insured the package for $100—more than $50 less than what I paid.

I have reached out to Candy Catz a total of 20 times. I forwarded them all my communication from USPS, including the information that they could file the claim. Their customer service response was appalling. They had no desire to help and repeatedly sent short, curt emails stating that since the tracking said "delivered," it was not their problem.

They took my money, shipped late, under-insured the package, and then washed their hands of the situation when their shipping partner lost the items. My only recourse was to file a dispute with my credit card company. Do not shop here.

Love the costume I got! It was high quality, unique, and looked amazing. Very cool options on this site! Customer service was extremely helpful and kind with questions, return options, etc.

I'm a "return customer" - having purchased somewhere around 6 bodysuit costumes from Candy Catz - and every purchase has been terrific. Bodysuits are well made - true to the photos - definitely form-fitting - and attention getting, too! All orders have been received promptly. Communication with seller has been wonderful, also - keeping me informed, ALSO - shipped from Bulgaria, the last 2 purchases reached me (USA) in 7 days. Amazing!

I bought the Droid Robot Costume and couldn’t be happier. The catsuit was made of great material, the sizing was perfect, and the materials and craftsmanship were great. It arrived in a week, which is faster than I expected. 5 out of 5.

This company will not refund your purchase even if you are sent a defective product.

I ordered 2 items from this company and both smelled strongly of what smelled like cigarette smoke. One absolutely reeked and the other was much more bearable, but still had a significant, overwhelmingly unpleasant smell.

Worse yet? One of the items had a defective zipper and, given that such an issue can't be captured with a photo, I created and sent a video as proof. When I requested a refund based on the same? My direct and specific request was repetitively avoided. Once I finally got someone to directly address my request--after having made it multiple times via email (which is the only way you can contact this business), I was told I would have to pay to ship the item back and I would be offered a store credit that was significantly less than the item's purchase price (and neither the return shipping nor any part of the exorbitant shipping fees attached to my original order would be refunded). I pushed back again and again requesting a refund and was parroted this same information without regard for the fact that I was sent a defective item.

So, without regard for the fact that I already paid almost $30 to receive my order, I was being told I had to pay even more to return an unusable item. I was also told that the overwhelmingly disgusting smell of the items was due to the laser that is used to create the items and that it could potentially be washed away (even though this specifically would void the posted return information, which does not cover the receipt of defective items). Is this information offered so that customers can make an informed decision before purchasing? No, it is not.

All in all I recommend avoiding this business as it does not stand behind its products or the customers who purchase them. Even worse, they are misleading customers by not informing them of smell issues that would surely impact many individuals' decisions to purchase. Shop at your own risk.

The company's guidelines clearly state an item can't be returned if it's washed, so recommending the same to get a usable product is deceptive at best.

Further, stating "we can find a solution together" is absurd: I had no less than 10 back and forths via email and the "solutions" offered were for me to pay for the return--and accept less than the value of my purchases--of any and all items, even the defective item.

In response to "we may ask for a picture": That is all the more absurd given that I sent a video and was still informed I would have to pay for return shipping and accept approximately half the cost of the item as a store credit. That's not a solution, it's an insult.

You do not "remain at my disposal," or anyone's based on my communications with your company, so your response is obviously PR-aimed deception. Your "apology" is rendered meaningless based on the same.
