I heard about candy Drops from one of my friends. I was looking for a candies to distribute among needies on my sister's birthday, and for this I placed an order two weeks ago. Unfortunately, they make delays in delivering my order, although before this they said that they would deliver on time. I am so annoyed by their behaviour, as I got my candy 5 days late. If I talk about the quality, it was also not so good as getting a foul smell. When I asked them for refunding or exchanging the candy, their way of the talking was totally changed, and they didn't respond to my issue properly.

The delivery was late and the product was not as described. I ordered fantasy mix jellies. I was very disappointed with my purchase.The quality of product was poor and it was not good in taste as well. I contacted customer service but they were unable to help.

Quick delivery and delicious sweets

When I got fizzy candies instead of the fantasy mix jellies I was looking,I was disappointed.They don't have the best customer service or management.If you want to build a loyal and long-lasting consumer base, please work on it.At least provide your clients a response if you are unable to exchange it. It definitely got under my skin.

Great sweets first and foremost, but also the customer experience was really positive, intuitive website, got to order exactly what I wanted, cheaper than other online retailers and everything was delivered very quickly. Will definitely be ordering from them again!
