AVOID!!!!!
AVOID! I ordered a collar (1st order) over a month ago and still haven’t received any despatch notification. ALL communication has STOPPED! They won’t respond to emails, social media messages (which is how it started) and they don’t have a number to call either! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Avoid: It seems to be a massive scam
It seems to be a massive scam: I am not convinced it is a UK based company.
Ordered a dog harness which is not fit for purpose: flimsy.
Out of 3 items, have only received the harness.
Requested a refund online as no invoice was provided.
It seems that the item does not qualify for a refund ,no explanation.
The company says : "Yes, we offer both Free Returns and Free Exchanges. We also provide a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Ts & Cs apply). Their Ts&Cs is pretty long-winded...
If I don't hear from Canine culture and get my money back I will take the legal route. By not acknowledging request of refund timely they are in breach of uk Consumation Contracts Regulations 2013.
Their 14 day delivery time line is also questionable as it clashes with the 14 day cooling off period.
"Online returns timelines
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’.
You need to notify the retailer of your wish to cancel your order within this time period (by email, for example). Many retailers now have dedicated online returns portals where you can notify them that you'd like to return something.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a harness for my dog it looked amazing . Once ordered and payed for, I waited and waited although there is a supposedly 14 day wait (they don’t tell you that it’s in the fine print) they don’t reply to emails and they is no number to call for customer service. I do not recommend this company at all
