I was excited at first, but now disappointed.

I was excited at first to find certain peptides on this website that i couldn't find anywhere else and on my first order i got what i ordered, but now all i get is the remnant of what should have the right peptide powder content in them, being that actual powder to be reconstituted.

When i reached out to support they tried to convince me that the little flakes at the bottom are the amount that the peptides should be. I just don't buy it. On my first order for certain peptides i had 1 empty bottle, now on my 2nd order i've got 3 empty bottles. Its seems that i'm getting ripped off slowly.

If that were the case why was the first order stacked with the powder and now there are flacks and i'm supposed to pay the same price??

Well, all i have to say is they lost a customer. I'm just not buying that story any longer even though the prices were cheaper. If something seems to good to be true, it usually is.

Don't use Canlab

I can now say I am the idiot! Third time these guys have got me, Problem is, they are the only company in Canada! Ordered 3 peptides, they sent 2 two that were wrong, and will not answer phone or emails. I am stuck with $270. Worth of peptides I can't use!! Horrible company. Stay away....

Canlab review

I came to Canlab for their high quality bioregulator peptides. While payment from the USA is challenging, once I sent my wire payment information, I received my order shipped overnight in less than a week. Have patience, the company may not respond to emails promptly but they have responded to all of my emails related to my order. I have not used the product yet and will update my review once this has occurred.

10 Nov Update: used three of six bioregulator peptides ordered with excellent results. Will update again when the remainder are used.

Customer Service could be a little more transparent

I ordered and paid via crypto as requested but received no confirmation of order and am unable to access my account. No answer the phone either.

Update: I was briefly contacted, will update review as needed.

Update #2: Order has been shipped

Update #3: Delivered. Just be aware of delays with customer service

paid $475, order shipped late, then lost, huge headache

I placed an order on May 6th and paid in BTC that day. The order was "ON HOLD" for over 10 days, while I had to harrass them on the status the whole time. They said they were sorry and it would be shipped asap and sent me some bogus tracking info on DHL. I clicked the link in DHL they sent me and it was broken and DHL "couldn't find that order".

The next day, DHL tracking updates and says my order has been delivered! I go check my mailbox and around my apt and there is no package. Again, the DHL tracking info link is broken.

I've emailed them, messaged on whatsapp and they take days to reply if ever at all.

After this experience I am hesistant to order from them again. I was recommended to them by a friend who says he's had a good experience.

Update:

CanLab reshipped the order a 2nd time. But it went to the wrong state, so I had to call DHL to fix it.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about Canlab. Their products are good, but their customer service is pretty bad. They are not very responsive to email or text and don't provide updates. Sometimes emails go unanswered for days or even weeks, then they send a an order update out of the blue.

CanLab if you are reading this, please improve your customer service. Reply to emails quickly, give updates on the order status, make EASIER to pay for your products. Subpar customer service is not acceptable in 2023 even if you have great products.
