They sent a generic product in the box for what I ordered. They. Do not respond to customers. STAY AWAY. This site is a scam

I love CannaAid products, but the customer service & fullfilment leave something to be desired.

I placed an order on Jan 1st or 2nd of this year. Payment was taken the same day, but it took nearly a week for them to actually put my order in the mail. Now looking like it won't be delivered until the 13th?

Sent emails to customer service, and then miraculously the notification popped up in my feed that "your order is in process." A week later. When I asked if they could do me a solid and speed up the shipping, "oh it's in the mail already too late."

Really disappointing. CannaAid has quality products that deserve to shine, but this is retail. Fullfilment is CRUCIAL.

Get off drug dealer time and act legit FFS.

Just got ripped off by this site. Payment was taken from my card and no confirmation of order, no correspondence, no reply to 3 different contact attempts.

Great experience reliable and awesome products. I get the edibles and chocolates the ones in the big big jar. The buzz is nice and last long I would say have two at a time for best high results. Company has dropped the ball big time. Ordered 103 $ worth of merchandise. Never received. Impossible to contact, Be aware!!

I ordered 2 products, paid for 2 products. 1 product arrived, the other did not. It was of ok quality, but their customer service is not. I emailed, reviewed them when I received a request to review and attempted to chat with them on their website. No response. So now, they get 1 star from me wherever I find them. Do not buy from these people. At least they only ripped me off for $20. Don't let them scam you out of $200! Stay away from them!

I love this company! They get the order out quickly. The sleep gummies are the only thing right now that works for me and I have tried a lot over the counter sleep aids. I always recommend them to anyone that says they can not sleep.

I have been using a CBD product for years and it has been unavailable for months. I have landed on a CBD/CBN gummy that I like. The thing that upsets me is I get emails with site wide discounts and when I check out the system will not take my code. I have tried to email and call multiple times and I never can talk or hear from anyone. It is very frustrating. Feel like they only want to sell the THC products. I've been a CBD costumer for years.

Absolutely the best company to deal with for these items. Always consistent and fresh. Customer service is always 100. I highly recommend these guys. Take a look at all their products they really have some amazing products.

A few years back i had quit my house cleaning jobs because of back and knee pain so we was driving to California for a wedding and we stopped to check out a shop and I was listening to then tell of all the things these gummies was good for so i purchase my first sleep aid that was to help with inflammation also...... so I bought some and used it on our way home and I couldn't believe it worked. So i asked my daughter to help me find something similar to what i had and through trial and error she brought me your product and its been a life saver, i got most of my house cleaning jobs back and took on more.
Then i read that they was banning the product i love so my daughter got me 4 packs and i got on line a bought a years worth and u pray things change again before I run out of product.

What went wrong this time? How about every time you order right before the weekend or right before a holiday your order just goes into limbo and you can't reach anyone to do anything.

Y'all need to quit cutting corners to maximize your profits and pay for a real support team, even if they're in India it would be significantly more helpful than whatever automated bull you have now. Maybe then, you'd actually make even more money, but you know, the customer doesn't know anything even if they work in a support role. Any time anything goes wrong with my order going forward I'm just going to go to my bank to get my money back because this is ridiculous.

Nearly each time I purchase a mystery box, they add to my order. It’s definitely worth the $35. They advertise a $75 value, and this box is hooked up!!

Product inside is good. The pre-rolls are packed way too loose lately (the last 4 orders or so, no matter the strain), which means they burn way too fast...and also gives me concerns about if the weight is short. Otherwise they are fine.

I could not apply reward points - SOFTWARE SUCKS -

I ordered on July 27th and my order still has not been shipped.

Products are consistent and always fast shipping.
