This company never ever replies to me…
This company never ever replies to me by email anymore and email seems to be the only option to choose to contact them. I have been with this company for quite a long time now and they used to reply to me by email but now they just ignore my every email and also to make it even worse, the last order I placed with them cannot even be completed because they won't allow me to purchase from them anymore, they just rejected me so I'm no longer a customer of their's, it's very strange so Annie's buisness is no longer legit. It's very bad customer service and they rejected me as a customer so now I can no longer order from them. To be honest it's sad and a shame that this business has become this way now. I just hope there is an alternative out there that is legit.
