Regarding the product’s effect, sensitivity to cannabinoids can vary a lot from person to person. Some may feel a strong effect with a small dose, while others may require a higher amount due to natural tolerance. THCP in particular interacts differently depending on each individual’s endocannabinoid system.

Thanks for your review — though we’re genuinely surprised by your comments, given our prior detailed exchanges and the support we offered throughout.

You reached out multiple times asking why the THCP product was more potent than what you had previously tried in Greece. We clearly explained that THCP is extremely strong and that many products on the market are underdosed or misrepresented — which may have led to unrealistic expectations. We also advised you to try a smaller amount next time to better gauge your individual response.

At no point did we push you to buy more products. On the contrary, you explicitly asked us for recommendations that might better suit your desired experience, which we provided in good faith.

While we understand that not every product works the same for everyone, especially with natural substances, we stand by the accuracy of our product descriptions and the fairness of our customer service.

Just to clarify: the delivery date shown (July 30th) is auto-generated by PostNL and not an accurate delivery estimate — this is clearly mentioned in the tracking email you received. Your parcel arrived in the UK on the 30th, and final delivery is handled by Royal Mail, which typically takes 2–5 business days.

We also replied to your email on Saturday evening, outside regular business hours, to assist you as promptly as possible.

We’re always here to help — we just ask for a fair opportunity before negative feedback is posted.

Thank you for your additional feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied, but we must once again clarify the facts and timeline of the events:

📦 Delivery Location and Responsibility:
Your order was delivered on 29 May at 10:48 to the exact address you provided during checkout. As this was a hotel, the package was signed for and received by the hotel reception—a standard and accepted procedure for deliveries to hotels. This process is handled by PostNL, not by us directly.

📅 Shipping and Delivery Timing:
You were informed on 28 May that, due to the national holiday on 29 May (when couriers do not operate), your order would be shipped that same day.
As clearly stated in our terms, we cannot guarantee or schedule exact delivery times or dates, and once a parcel is with the courier, it follows their logistics process.

📩 Return and Refund Terms:
We explained multiple times that:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Returned packages must be received back before a refund can be processed
• Discounted orders are generally non-refundable

Still, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a refund—pending return of the package. To date, no return has been received.

🔁 No Action from Your Side:
You were advised to follow up with the hotel directly to recover the package or to have it returned to us.
If the hotel had returned it to us, we would have immediately processed your refund, as promised.

🗣️ Regarding Your Comment About “Vague and Unhelpful” Responses:
The exact same explanation we’ve shared here was also sent to you via email—not vague, and certainly not unhelpful.
We clearly outlined what steps were needed for a refund. Instead of taking those steps, you chose to leave multiple 1-star reviews.

Let’s also be clear: this was a non-refundable item, and yet we made an exception in your case. All we asked was that the parcel be returned—a standard and reasonable condition. So we must ask: who has truly been uncooperative or unclear?
