Running a scam through WhatsApp
Not sure if this is a scam company, but they’re extremely dodgy. Contacted them regarding purchasing CBD flower and requested they explain their process regarding purchasing and prescription. They would only talk to me on what’s app where they sent me a list of supposed “CBD flower” they stock that is not listed anywhere on their website. I asked multiple times if they could explain their process and asked them where/how I purchase the items if I could not be provided with a link as sending money to an account where I have no proof of what I’m purchasing seems dodgy. They then blocked me on what’s app, so I contacted them via their website chat again where they told me they had blocked me for calling them dodgy. I again explained that I am just trying to understand their process and find out where/ how I purchase this and what in fact I am purchasing where they told me they had other customers in queue and to take my “negative energy” elsewhere. I have never experienced such poor customer service which leads me to believe that they are running a scam where they take peoples money via what’s app and don’t provide the product the customer has paid for. If this wasn’t the case, they would have happily explained their process and provided proper information. Be very careful with using this service and be extremely wary of sending them money via bank account details. Doesn’t seem legit whatsoever. They have been reported to TGA.
