Quick Doctor, English friendly, Customer support A++++

Simple and straightforward process, from prescription to medicine
Fast support for questions. The process could be optimized in some areas (availability of certain varieties sometimes has to be manually checked with the pharmacies), but it's already working to a certain extent. When everything works, the process is quite simple.

Unprofessional - Bad user service
Sadly had a very unprofessional experience. I contacted them asking for a personal consultation and documentation for traveling.
Instead of receiving an answer I received a computer generated email with a prescription and the bill. After one month and having sent three E-Mails I received an answer, that it will not be possible to help me with my request and that the bill I had to pay cannot be refunded. Even though I did not use the prescription or had any help with my original two requests which were my requirements.
