Simply the best
I am so happy to have found this online shop. Not only a great selection of documentaries including many of my favourites from PBS but also a speedy & efficient service. My purchased DVDs arrived in a few days and were in perfect condition ( not always the case when DVDs are sent by mail!). Christmas presents sorted. I am delighted.

Best on line ordering experience ever
I had best experience ever with ordering DVDs from this site, they beat even Amazon, with their customer service provision and availability of Region 2 titles which on Amazon were only sold for Region 1.
My questions emailed directly to them were answered immediately and to the point, so I felt like they actually took the time to read through my query. I placed quite a large order and the site could not proceed delivery charge for it, again this issue was resolved within half a day. I am just very pleased with the customer services, the are very efficient and all round helpful. I definitely recommend this site and will be ordering from them again. if you register for their newsletter they give you 10% off voucher.
