I ordered Photo Printer Paper from Canon. What I received was an empty flimsy large cardboard envelope with one end open and holes in the side of the envelope. It was delivered into my garden by UPS. Now I'm trying to get it sorted out and its too late for what I wanted the paper for. Canon should have packaged it correctly (its an expensive and delicate item). UPS should have delivered it intact to my door and gotten a signature - not chuck it in the garden.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service and refund policy. I purchased a printer from the Canon Ireland online store but requested a return while the package was still in transit with UPS. I never even took physical delivery of the item.

​Canon Support confirmed in writing on January 21st that they successfully recalled the package from the courier. However, they are refusing to process my refund until the package eventually makes its way back to their warehouse. They are effectively holding my money hostage for weeks due to their own courier's logistical delays.

​To make matters worse, their support team has completely stopped responding to my follow-up emails. I have been left with no choice but to initiate a chargeback dispute through my bank. I highly advise against buying directly from the Canon IE online store.

Canon Selphy QX 20 malfunctioned on first print. Replacement also malfunctioned on first print - Issue known to Canon. Now 2nd of March 2026 - no printer, no resolution, escalating team?! BOUGHT DECEMBER 12th AS A GIFT!! Replacement was to be sent from contact on 29th December - 3 weeks later and no printer has been sent, issue of emails and case numbers which have not escalated the issue for a refund or replacement. No star review, very poor response and service, no transparency on what their issue is with replacement and no offer of refund despite acknowledging the printer was defective.

Similar experience to the other negative reviews. Ordered an ink cartridge from canon.ie back in August. The package reached as far as Dublin but was then sent back to the UK for an unknown reason. It has been over a month since, but no refund has been made. Sent several emails to customer support to no avail. Avoid.

Ordered ink from canon, recived notification 2 days later that it was out for delivery, waited in, it never arrived.
A week later I checked delivery status it states delivered, on checking with delivery company it had been returned and recived back by canon, it never left England as it had been addressed wrong.
They never contacted me, so emailed and recived a reply, with the option of a refund which I accepted.
Another 4 emails to them and I still haven't received a refund and no reply to emails.
Leaving me no option but to do a charge back with bank.

Ordered an item paid for in full.The next day it is cancelled.

S0 DISAPPOINTED! Yesterday I purchased a new Canon printer - the MAXIFY GX3050 to replace my PIXMA TS5051. My new one was more than four times the cost of my old one and I would NOT recommend it to anyone! Firstly I find it very difficult to read the instructions on the GX one because the screen on the front is TINY 2.5cm compared to 6cm on the TS one and it is very hard to read because it is NOT in colour. I printed out two 13cm x 18cm photos on each printer with IDENTICAL settings on IDENTICAL photo paper and the quality of the TS one is far superior to the GX one!! Overall I am so annoyed that I paid so much for something that is inferior and the reason was because I was unable to get the old model again and felt it might be obsolete. A lot of money spent on a BIG MISTAKE - SO BEWARE IF YOU ARE BUYING A NEW PRINTER!

I made order then was told it was an out of stock situation 40 days later no sign of refund shocking customer service feel like I’ve been scammed

I have waited two weeks already for delivery of ink cartridges. Today I got an email saying they have been delivered. They have not. Attempts to contact them by phone are a waste of time and my email only got an automated response saying I would have to wait a further 3-5 business days before they would even begin to deal it.
For a company whose customers are primarily business people, they have an extremely limited understanding of business.

Ordered printer ink 8-days ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. Web site will no provide contact method even though they have a contact page. Totally hopeless wish I had ordered from a third party.

They have sent me a broken camera. Now it's been more than 40 days since I returned it. They still did not return my money!

2 years ago I purchased a Canon TR4551 printer for home use. I have never in my 50 years on this earth encountered such a crap product in all my life.
I have (this is no exageration) wasted north of 50 hours trying to get the F*@&ing thing to instal or connect to wifi. Even connecting by USB is a disaster.

Instructions on how to manually type in characters for a password are unclear and confusing to put it mildly. While the whole industrial world puts p "How to videos" for their products, Canon cannot be botheres.

This morning alone, I have wasted over 3 hours trying to connect. I have a community centre 15 minutes walk from me. It is much easier, cheaper and way less stressful to just walk up to the centre to get m printing done.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CANON PRODUCT AGAIN!!!!!!!

I have purchased numerous Canon printers - cheap printers with a drop of ink included. They gave constant operational problems and none work after 1 year. After exhaustive probing, investigations, new ink and software checks I give up. Not to mention the extremely expensive ink cartridges that are now going to waste. And the environmental impact these useless, plastic, throw-away units have on the environment. I will not purchase Canon again and would advise others who want a reliable printer to purchase elsewhere.

I purchased a camera which kept having a fault with sd card. Support advised us to send back to be examined. The Irish Canon agent advised it would be sent to Germany not uk because of brexit. 4 weeks on I still have no camera as it has been lost in transit from Germany to Ireland

I both Canon printer TS 5150 the price was reduced as they added some gift from Canon and the price was only 49 euro, the printer was with lcd screen and had wifi built in so I thought it was a good deal. When I received it and turned it on .. the wi-fi option was disconecting no matter what was the distance..so at this point I knew why the price was so low. But I was happy as at least it worked!! After and a half year it locked completely showing some qr code that was saying basically contact support etc.. Theese canon printers are made only to use untill warranty ends and then they want You to buy new one I dont see other reasons with locking the printer so You cant even use a scanner. I tried to reset it and it wont allow me to connect to pc and reset it from a software.. My Friend have a printer from Brother and is having still same printer for 4 years now.. I am very dissapointed in regards to this canon company as I thought they are the best on the market.
