I am not very familiar with all the new…technology
I am not very familiar with all the new technology I'm a senior citizen trying to finish a book I'm writing and I was encouraged to try Canva to design my front and back cover I must admit I was confused made a lot of mistakes, It's hard for me to read the instructions there's always a page in front of the instruction page and I don't know how to get rid of it.

Nice App
Though it took a while to figure everything out, I was able to accomplish a task I needed. I am still giving this application five stars because it has tremendous potential! I am not sure whether it's available but a guide to using Canva would be great especially if you are trying to integrate a picture/photo with video footage. Love the possibilities!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased an all in one washer/dryer and it was a nightmare from the onset. I was unable to connect to my faucet as described and contacted the seller who gave no help. I then had to buy and install a new faucet. I had been emailing Canva requesting a return label as I was dissatisfied with the unit as it did not work correctly and won't agitate. They then refused to return this $380 unit stating it was past the 30 day window.

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I’ve been using Canva for over 5 years for absolutely everything, and it never disappoints. I use it for social media posts, presentations, flyers, marketing materials, team resources, event invites, videos, and even quick branding projects. It has truly become an essential part of both my personal and professional life.
The platform is incredibly easy to use, constantly evolving, and makes it so simple to bring ideas to life. Anytime I’ve needed help, their customer service has been fast, kind, and so helpful. I genuinely can’t imagine my workflow without it!

I find this program incredibly frustrating to use. It’s slow, clunky. Hard to navigate the tools to do what I want them to do. Wouldn’t sign up for a year membership again.

Makes me look like a pro
I’m not a designer, I can barely draw a stick figure, but Canva makes me look like a pro. I use it for my kid’s birthday invites and my small business flyers. The templates are so good that you basically just swap the text and you're done. Their new 'Magic' AI features are cool too; I can just click a button and it removes the messy background from my photos. It’s the one tech subscription I actually feel is worth the money.

Easy tool for designs
Easy tool for designs，there are tons of templates, so it’s really quick to put together posters, social media posts, or anything like that. Even if you’re not very design-savvy, you can still make something that looks decent in a few minutes.
The only downside for me is the video editing part. It works for basic stuff, but it still feels a bit limited if you try to do anything more detailed.
