Great Sibley 500 ProTech tent but coir matting disappointing
We are mostly happy with our tent. We've tested it under rainy and windy conditions and it did very well.
The only slight quality defect we have experienced is with the zip between the tent and the mat : it is not always sowed exactly at a constant distance from the mat. So it creates blockages from the zip and slows down a lot the operation.
We have been rather disappointed with the full moon Coir Matting quality we bought to recover the plastic mat.
It is made of very rough material and at places, where there are knots (but not only), it can hurt when you walk bare foot :-(

For the coir matting, it's correct. Not everybody loves the more rough feel of the coco fibers.
The zipper can sometimes act a little rough in the beginning and first times of use.
To improve this, you can use any silicone based spray for a smoother functioning of the zipper.
This happens from time to time with new zippers.

Sibley 400
Bought the 4m tent, very simple to put up and sturdy. Lots of space for 4-6 people. Quality of tent is excellent.

Great online imagery and videos
Great online imagery and videos, and shipment was much faster than I had expected. I finally popped the tent up this weekend with a total of three of us, took about 35 minutes for a first go and we love it. Breakdown was about as easy and I look forward. Quality material and I hope we have this tent for years to enjoy,

Package sent to shipping with no…
Ordered loads from this company previously and they have been great but this time my package was sent to shipping with no shipping invoice. UPS tracking confirmed no invoice supplied by sender so could not be delivered. After I contacted company i was initially told to sort it out myself with UPS?
Two weeks after my order was placed parcel still not arrived and tracking now says package sent back to supplier.
Poor service from the company initially but thanks to Vanessa in customer services they re-sent the parcel which has now arrived with no further issues at UPS.

BEWARE - Bought 4 x 700 QD tents
Bought 4 x 700 QD tents - Spent A LOT of money - zero discounts. All tent poles buckled and bent during a storm at end of season. Luckily no one was staying but the snow load was not high and we cleared regularly during. Over 6 months later and no response plus they removed poles from website so can't order more. Gearing up to file a lawsuit should new poles not be made available. Colleague sent another email today as they ignore all of mine. Funny that they wouldn't have poles available if tents are indeed safe... maybe investigation needs to be launched and everyone who bought 700QD need to be refunded .
