Dont be fooled by their website..... its FRAUD!!!! Still waiting on my item after a month!! No replies via any of the emails I've sent. Asked for a refund last week and still not received it after he promised me 32hours and it would be back in my bank. Then told me he could get the product to me in 2 days... HA Joke! Its not come in a month so how's it gonna come in 2 days! Found a number to them.... 08003688124. It sounds very dodgey in the back ground and all talking foreign languages and doors banging all the time. The man is a fraud and not professional at all... no customer service skills. Keeps asking me to repeat what I'm saying as he doesn't understand! Reported it too!! In the mean time I'm gonna keep ringing them until the money is back in. Even if I have to do it 3 or 4 times a day! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!!!

Don’t bother
Ordered a product on 20th November and I’m still waiting.
I’ve had one reply from the ‘customer service’ team and a snappy message via Facebook messenger telling me to email if I have a problem with my order.
I ordered a personalised photo jigsaw puzzle and have now been waiting so long that ordering one from any other company won’t get here in time for Christmas.
I’ve emailed 6/7 times and heard nothing back so have no opened a despite via Paypal to try and claim my money back.

Non existent staff apparently
Placed an order back in November with a guaranteed delivery date of 1st December...it is now the 12th and the item still says processing. I have rang the number on website but the number is not in use?! I have emailed to no response.
What number are you all ringing to get through to someone in the U.K.?!

I ordered 2 acrylic prints and a 'free' canvas print, received my confirmation email - all seemed okay. Day before delivery was due I emailed for an update as I had not had a dispatch email - no response. I have tried to email them - no response. 'LIVE' chat - states they are offline. Tried facebook messenger - told me to go to their website. Tried to call the number - turns out I can pay a company called 'yay.com' and use the number myself!!
I will try to claim my money back through my bank - avoid this company at all costs!

Beware Hidden Duty goods manufactured in India not UK
I ordered a product from UK website now I got a message from courier saying it is coming from India and I need to pay duty of over €25 which is a third of price of what I paid for. No response from team. No indication on website that goods were being manufactured overseas where this could occur

Pay a little more and go with a trustworthy company.

Terrible - no order, no communication

Not good and stealing my money
Not good and no updates on order which i placed back on 18th September and I also tried contacting them and only got one message a couple of weeks ago saying that they will get back to me which they did not. I contacted them yesturday asking for a refund and waiting for there responce but if there is no refund i am going to have no choice but to report a cyber crime to there sight starting off with my uncle who is an active police officer and he said that he can help me and report the sight for stealing and they have one week from now to refund me. simple as that

Awful service ... can't judge products because still not received yet
I have contacted company on more than one platform and multiple times. Placed an order on the 29th of May and it was suppose to be delivered by 12th of June, yet on the website it still claims my order is in production. I understand we are in a pandemic at the moment however the courtesy of a reply to give me an update on my order would be appreciated.

Beautiful.
My order was a cushion with a picture of Bruno the dog. A gift that will be sent to my best friends daughter. She recently lost her beloved Bruno and is heartbroken. I thought something she could cuddle might give her a little comfort.
