Canvas Creatures has delivered great pictures in the past, which is why I've chosen them again. However, during my recent experience, there have been delays and lack of communication regarding my order. It's been about two months since I placed my order for a special gift, and I still haven't received a preview or the final product. While the quality is generally reliable, this experience has left me considering other options for future purchases. Hopefully, this was just a one-off issue, as their products are usually impressive.

I have used this service a few times, all with great pictures. However, I have used it at the end of July and so far (2 months later) I have not had the picture sent to me. Despite multiple emails, I have had zero contact from them. I am not sure what is happening their end, but it was a birthday present, which is very very late and may never be received. I will need to start talking to my bank to try and get my money back.

You get told when ordering it’s 4 working days for the design but instead 10 working days and 2 emails later with no response - absolutely shocking better get my money back, waste of time. Family ordered from them before so thought I should too - never again I’ll go elsewhere.

As a returning customer, I know first hand how good Canvas Creatures can be and I expected nothing else this time around. Only this time, other than an order confirmation, I have had nothing else from Canvas Creatures in relation to my order (apart from a request for feedback!). No proof picture for me to approve prior to printing, no response to my messages despite me contacting them multiple times. There is no contact number that I can see to call them. My money has been taken for an item that was a gift for a friend. I’m bitterly disappointed.

Sent my order over 3 weeks ago. Have not received proof copy. Have emailed twice and have had no reply. Still waiting! Disappointing

I have used Canvas Creatures multiple times in the past and always had excellent service, until now. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and have not only not received the print but also had no reply to any of my 3 emails requesting an update. Such a pity.

Ordered from this company before and had no issues at all, however this time round I have been waiting over the estimated delivery time , and have sent multiple emails with no response. I understand that sometimes there are delays, but to hear absolutely nothing is awful. The two orders were both presents, one has gone past the date now I needed it for and it’s looking likely that the other one will not be here in time either. Really really disappointed as it’s £60 of my money this company have received and they can’t even respond to an email.

Fantastic service, immediate response when I placed order , said they would be in touch in four days with digital print to approved, which they did. The print was amazing and when the canvas arrived it was fantastic, we’re really thrilled with it and captures our lovely Dexter. Would highly recommend this company

Received canvas just over a week after submitting order

Let's start with the positive - the finished print is great 🐶

BUT, it look 22 days and multiple unanswered emails for the proof to arrive, 26 days in total to receive the canvas.

Ordered on 11th Feb, heard nothing from the company, emailed them 3 times asking about my order, it was for a birthday present on 2nd March so wasn’t able to give the present. Still haven’t heard anything from them, no reply to any of my emails and I have no idea if I’ll ever get my print!

Didn't actually how many stars to attribute to review as haven't received my product yet. Ordered canvas on 28th December in middle of festive period so expected a slight delay to the lead time of 4- 5 business days due to
holidays etc. Today is Thursday 12th January and haven't received a draft or communication outlining the reason for delay. Maybe staff had a two week holiday which is sometimes to be expected during festive period but if so should customers not be informed?
Company was recommended by family memer who was very pleased with product so hopefully the wait will be worth it.

Absolutely beautiful

Apart from the product being amazing, a portrait of my two hounds that has captured them so well, this company have been a joy to deal with.
I changed my mind about back ground colour and despite it being the week running up to Christmas, they managed to change the background colour and get it shipped out in time for me to wrap it and get it under the tree.

Fantastic customer service and very high quality item. Really impressed with it all. I asked for a small change to the original design and they completed the change quickly and perfectly.

Very good and helpful experience the canvas I got was for my other half for Christmas as the dog had past a few years ago. I wasn’t sure my photo was to the correct standard so I emailed to ask, they got back to me within the day and helped me out. The canvas drawing is really good all the small features of the dog are on it, I would buy again from them.
