Unreal, some bull coming from overseas. Taking forever to get item. Maybe should be disclosed that your package could get hung up in customs. Should be below 1 star. And customer service piss poor. Basically has no answer for me.

This company claims to offer 1-biz day production time, plus 1-4 biz day shipping time on 3/4 inch canvas prints. The actual production time for my canvases was a full week, and my order (which still hasn’t arrived) is taking +5 shipping days, tracking keeps updating to longer.

I completely understand that there can be delays, and I budgeted for days of wiggle room beyond their maximum window, but this has been excessively longer than what was advertised, and has rendered my order unusable (it will not arrive in time for the intended event). As I realized that the production was taking many days beyond the 24-hrs they claimed, I wrote and asked for any options in regards to expedited shipping so that once it was done, the order could still arrive in time. They gave me none. In attempting to have a customer service conversation via email, new people responded each time, who clearly had not read the previous email conversations. Frustrating. No one actually offered any solutions, just generic platitudes. Zero trust.

I know that each random customer service person was just doing their job, and I made sure to keep my conversations polite. I can tell that they are not authorized to actually help. Each person has given me a trained apology and an “order status” or tracking link that I already have. I have never spent the time to write a review like this before, but I feel helpless to do anything else.

I work for a small arts nonprofit, and the margins are very tight. Not being able to use these canvases and having wasted this money has a real impact. I now have to figure out how to do a costly rushed reprint locally. I greatly regret ordering from this company. They have offered no recompense, nor responded to my respectful request for a refund. I will update this review if that changes.
