I'm disappointed in my latest shipment. Aside from the extraordinarily long time it took to receive my order (almost a month), one of the two artist resin boards was subpar in terms of quality. Specifically, the quality of wood that was used for the SURFACE of the board was knotted and dark. Of course I think I can overcome this with a thicker than normal gesso coating, but the fact that the board made it out of quality control concerns me, especially given how much I paid for the products. Canvas Lot must do better next time.

Both canvases arrived damaged, and the delivery truck was stuck in our yard for 8 hours — left a huge mess and still no refund or replacement after sending everything they asked for. Not pleased at all!

This large custom canvas wasn't inexpensive by any means, but if you need a very specific size, canvaslot is a great place to go as I was able to get a BOGO and free shipping. The thing I appreciated most was the care they took in packaging to ensure that the canvases got to me in good condition.

Many times when I receive cradled wood panels, they are not packaged well, so they are damaged upon arrival, but Canvas Lots panels were packaged with their own wooden frame wrapped all the way around, so as to protect them and keep them secure. In addition, the panels are extremely well-made, including smooth, seams and quality, heavy wood. I will definitely be buying them again for all of my custom panel needs!
