Kyle was easy to speak to, and helped me debunk some feedback I have been receiving on my profile, in my efforts to switch to an international career.

Thanks to the programme, I have a better understanding of the international community and feel more prepared to be part of it. I have learned to structure my own processes, to reframe my experiences into a competitive advantage and to understand my place in the international community (the most challenging and important part for me!). It has given me the security of knowing that while we are all in the same boat, we are all facing it with different tools, and that's okay :). Kyle is an INCREDIBLE coach. I graduated with my Master in 2018, but I must say that three months ago I was still a lost soul while I was looking for jobs in international affairs. After completing the 10-week coaching programme with Kyle and the International Career Course, my professional life changed forever because I learnt abilities that would take me years to learn (or perhaps I would never learn).
