You have a smart safe platform, we feel safe to be on that. Even we loose our password, still we don't loose our investment, because you help us out. I think as far as the infos in your platform concern you can all ways add more infos that help your customers. Also the local languages translations like from English to Greek needs some corrections. I have to mention that your support people that I experience in Greece miss Maria Panagiotidou is the best on support, advising, helping us out, she is excellent....

I requested a withdrawal of only 200 USD and they have never processed it neither for rejecting it or accepting it. They state in their page that the time required to process it is 1 day, then they say in customer support is 3 days. So there is no coherence between what they say to the public and what they actually do. There is no transparency.

In addition, they call you too much. Some agents calls you mediocre only because you don't want to make a deposit during the call.

I have withdrawn my money no one is answering me! It's been 4 days and still no reply. I have sent 17 emails!!

I really love the capex academy and I can say that I learned how to trade in capex. But the initial deposit is pretty high for the guys who just wanted to start. So I learned in capex, went to a different broker, earned a bit of money and came back to capex. It was pretty tough and a long way that I passed but it definitely made me stronger so I actually can't complain. It is a really solid trading broker. The main drawback is the minimum deposit but I guess it has its own reason that I do not want to know.🙃
