Overall a positive experience with CapFront. Alex was incredibly helpful. He was realistic, broke down the specifics of each step, kept me informed and educated on all the details. It's obvious he has experience and genuinely wants to help his clients get the best loan they can. While being realistic and not over promising. I ended up with a smaller loan than I applied for, but this was in the best interest of my company and myself. Alex also provide guidance and advice on how to move forward. He gave me actual steps to get my business in a better position for future funding if I need it. Communication was prompt, transparent and easy!
