TWO SUCCESSIVE FAILED WITHDRAWALS WITHIN TWO MONTHS
My experience ended in sorrow. After seeing successful withdrawals. And persuasive conversations with Miss Audrey Jared the account manager. I invested and was promised a succesful and guaranteed profit of over R200k on the 31st may 2024. From which I was supposed to pay for the utstanding Gas fees which they claim were charged for my first withdrawal (of which also didnt go through) in my Luno. The latter profit too didn't go through because they said there is outstanding Gas fees which must be cleared. To my suprise Luno support isnot even aware of that transaction. After along back and forth I requested a refund. They said since my luno wallet is confiscated (that's the Word Gregory Scott used) I must pay R5000 more to get my refund to another wallet. The whole thing sounded dodgy and confusing no matter how hard they explain. So lately their telegram account is not active as well as their web page.So people who claim to have successfully withdrawn they can prove otherwise but this is a typical scam. Until I get my money I won't describe these company otherwise.
