Do not trust these people with your money, they aren't interested in helping you manage your investments. They want to steal the money for themselves. I had a very bad experience with the platform. I opened an account with them and funded it with 3000 pounds, ready to let my money grow. They promised me nice profits on the brokerage within a few weeks. However, this was just a ruse to get my money into their hands.
I couldn't withdraw my money when i was ready to remove my money. They cut me off from all communication with the customer support and their agents. Little did i know that they were false characters pretending to be professionals. I reported them to the FCA, whom informed me about the company being an unlicensed and fake company.
I eventually reported them to a cybersecurity company, BermudaFinance Security. They helped get my money back through a coin chargeback process, since i made my payments with bitcoin. Don't trust Capitalcoinx with your money, you might lose it all.
