I was informed every step of the way. Provided periodic email follow-ups. Was also advised to open a new application with another lender that they recommended, shortly after the funds were approved. If and when a business loan is needed i will be reaching out.

I have waited for more than 3 months…
I have waited for more than 3 months for my bank (20 years a customer) to decide whether they would either increase my business overdraft or agree a loan.
