I am glad to meet Dylan. I have been in search of a loan that would best fit the business needs. And after trying with other lenders and even our own bank. I could not find one. After speaking with Dylan, he was able to listen and assess what I needed. He is Solution oriented. Reasonable. He was very attentive and asked questions that made sense. Always ready on his end. You definitely need him on your side.

Working with Ryan is always a pleasure. He understands our business and our needs.

I am updating my review from December 11, 2025—something I have honestly never done before, but felt moved to do here. While I still stand by my original feedback regarding the loan officer I was assigned, who was kind but did not reflect the level of excellence I had hoped for, I want to share what has since changed.
Jesse Rosenberg reached out to me personally after reading my review, and I was genuinely touched by his response. He took the time to listen, acknowledged where my experience fell short, and offered a sincere apology. I don’t know Jesse’s exact role within the company, but his business insight, thoughtfulness, and empathy were immediately evident and made me feel truly heard and respected.
At the time of writing this update, my business loan is still under review. Even so, I now feel reassured and hopeful moving forward. Jesse’s care, professionalism, and willingness to step in have made a meaningful difference, and for that, I am truly grateful.

The reason I chose Capital Gurus was because of its exceptional Trustpilot reviews. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I appear to have been assigned to someone who lacked professionalism and basic business etiquette. Aside from sending me a link requesting sensitive business information and one brief follow-up call—where he promised to get back to me—he disappeared. No returned calls, no responses to emails.

I’m confused, frustrated, and disappointed. Based on the reviews I read, I expected far better. This experience does not reflect the company’s reputation, and I am very, very disappointed.
