My account on Capitalist has been blocked for over two months.

I have already submitted my identification documents four times, but the issue remains unresolved. First there was a problem with Google Authenticator, and after that was solved, the system started rejecting my correct password and locking the account after login attempts.

Because of this authentication loop, I cannot access my account or withdraw my remaining balance (54 USD).

I have contacted support several times and provided verification again, but I still do not have access to my account.

I am willing to provide any additional verification required. I only ask for a manual unlock of my account or assistance to withdraw my balance.

FundsI made a payment via a QR code generated in my Capitalist account.
The funds were successfully debited, but the transaction was later marked as “not confirmed”.
Capitalist confirmed that the destination address belongs to their system, yet the money has never been returned.
Support provides no clear explanation, no timeline, and avoids responsibility.
Funds are being held indefinitely.

I've sent USDT from Trust Wallet to Capitalist. I first sent $200, but the funds haven't arrived yet. I thought it would arrive, so I sent another $37, but the funds haven't arrived either. Five days have passed, and there's still no confirmation. After searching online, I found that few people are discussing Capitalist. I hope everyone is wary of this scam.

used the prepaid visa option to pay the fee for a tennis tournament. got the job done, however the same card did not work on another website that i needed to pay the early registry fee, so had to use another service. overall very useful for quick usdt-rub transfer (but the rates are very expensive)
