This is a risk averse business finance…
This is a risk averse business finance company, in my opinion. It feels like a very one-sided relationship. I have had an account with them for 9 years. I have never missed a single monthly payment. They happily take my interest every month, but they never increase my credit facility, despite requesting an increase on several occasions. For that reason, I can not recommend.

Capital on Tap does Not Help As you grow
I explained to them that my monthly turnover is £80k and they still think that a £7k credit limit is suitable and refuse to increase it. I asked them to do a manual review and the same, they cannot increase the credit limit.
Of course they ask me to use "preloaded funds" i.e. the service which earns THEM interest on your cash.
It's clearly not suitable, I have a impeccable record for 3 years, actively using the card, 1000s of transactions a month, never missed a payment.
Capital on Tap is not suitable to help small businesses as they grow.
Very disappointed, and would not recommend.
